Full phrase to the lovely lady on reception on the 20/6/26 to arrange my stay in another location because of my disability to take stairs. For ever thankful to her

Pros:

The apartment was extremely spacious to cater our family of 4, everything was clean and functional.
The location was really accessible and provided a great spot to stay for our function close by.

Lovely
Pros:

All staff were fantastic.
Polite and super helpful.
We stayed here before 10 years ago in a different part of the accommodation and it didn’t disappoint.
Only thing we would have liked, would have been a tv in the bedroom and/or maybe a couch where you could put your legs out (maybe a chaise type) if there is more than one person sitting down.
But totally understand how much is involved in running a business!
Thanks again for accommodating us and we will be back again I’m sure ☺️

Pros:

Good sized studio apartment with, bathroom, TV, kitchen, free WiFi.

Cons:

Bed a little too soft, I prefer firm pillows which was not available in the room

Easy to get to. Having plenty of parking was a huge bonus. The staff on check-in were really helpful and welcoming.

Fabulously clean and comfortable
Pros:

Quest made my business trip easy with the kitchenette, clean rooms and close proximity to my employer. Close to restaurants and shopping centres. I was on the ground floor and I had solid sleep I was surprised at how quiet it was at night :)

Great location and facilities
Pros:

Great location, close to all shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and modern apartment and great value for money, cheapest in the area. Onsite parking was a huge benefit as well. Pillows were not to our liking, too soft and not very supportive but only a minor issue for us

Top Unterkunft auf dem Weg von der GOR zum Flughafen.
Pros:

Wir haben hier eine Nacht (kommend von der Great Ocean Road) übernachtet bevor wir weitergeflogen sind. Top Unterkunft. Hier hat für uns alles gepasst. Sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist, saubere und moderne Zimmer.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war etwas zu laut.
