Отдыхаем с женой в этом отеле 4 раз! Последний раз были в феврале 2026 г. Как всегда всё отлично!!! Выражаем особую благодарность персоналу, так как нас заселили сразу по приезду в 10.00-11.00 утра, и предложили завтрак.

מגוון מאוד והצלחתי לאכול מה שאני יכול מבחינת כשרות: קפה, ירקות, ביצה קשה ולחם. הספיק לי.

זו הפעם השניה שאני מתארח בבית המלון. המזרונים רכים מידי, (חדר 501), ועדיף שיהיו קשים יותר. קמתי עם כאבי גב בבוקר. שקעי החשמל היחידים שיש נמצאים מאחורי הטלויזיה וליד המקרר למטה. כדי לחבר את המחשב נאלצתי להזיז את השולחן העגול שיהיה קרוב יותר. חסר שקע ליד המיטה כדי להטעין את הטלפון במשך הלילה. מה שהכי היה חסר בחדר זה מיחם וערכת קפה. מאכזב מאוד.

Pros:

Ήμασταν ένα ζευγάρι με ένα μωράκι 8 μηνών. Όλο το προσωπικό, ειδικά η Αντρι στη ρεσεψιόν έκαναν τα πάντα για να μας διευκολύνουν και να κάνουν την διαμονή μας όσο πιο άνετη γινόταν. Τους ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!

Struttura splendida in una posizione centralissima e comodissima per esplorare

Hotel in una posizione centrale, comoda per muoversi a Limassol. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza complessiva è stata molto deludente. La camera presentava gravi problemi di comfort: non c'erano prese di corrente vicine al letto per ricaricare il cellulare (l'unica era dall'altro lato della stanza, decisamente scomoda). Inoltre, il kit di cortesia era inesistente, fatta eccezione per un dosatore per la doccia che per giunta era rotto e non è mai stato cambiato nonostante la segnalazione. Quando abbiamo chiesto di poter avere una stanza più comoda e consona, visto che la struttura aveva altre disponibilità, la risposta è stata fredda e sbrigativa: avendo prenotato una camera economica, ci spettava quella. Un trattamento e un'attenzione al cliente davvero tristi."
