A comfortable stay in a beautiful room with a view
Pros:

We loved the sea view and the bright airy room. The beds were comfortable and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed the traditional elegant decor and especially the beautiful lift.

Cons:

The room had a slight slope which was disorientating. It was noisy at night and it would have been great to have a fridge and coffee machine.

l'emplacement est vraiment génial, totu proche du centre et sur la plage. de ce point de vue, c'est vraiment exceptionnel.

Cons:

je trouve que la ville en général est très chère, aussi je n'ai pas mis la meilleure note au rapport qualité prix, mais c'est plus la ville que l'hôtel. en revanche le personnel, surtout celui du bar/petit déjeuner, devrait suivre une formation hotellière. peut-être que c'est général à l'Espagne (il nous est arrivé la même chose à Salamanque) mais je trouve que le personnel peut parfois êres à la limite de la correction, vous laissant attendre devant eux sans une phrase pendant de longues minutes, sans même prendre la peine de dire "je suis désolé j'arrive".

Posizione ottima, comfort ni
Pros:

La posizione è davvero ottima, si trova a metà del lungo mare e affaccia sulla spiaggia della Concha. Attraversando la strada si è subito in spiaggia, 10 minuti a piedi e si arriva nella parte vecchia di San Sebastian. L'hotel è vecchiotto ma molto carino, pulito, personale molto gentile. Reception aperta h24. La stanza era piccola ma carina.

Cons:

La colazione è abbastanza scarna, a parte uova strapazzate e bacon non c'è nulla di cucinato, nonostante l'hotel ha anche un ristorante (abbastanza caro tra l'altro). I letti sono alla francese, quindi meglio chiedere una doppia con 2 letti separati se si vuole dormire senza prendersi a gomitate. Il bagno della nostra camera era molto piccolo, il water era praticamente infilato sotto il lavandino e il bidet di fianco era inutilizzabile, visto che si trovava a 2 cm di distanza dal muro e 2 cm dal water. Per andare ai piani c'è un ascensore molto vecchio senza porte automatiche, a volte abbiamo dovuto farci 5 piani a piedi perchè qualcuno aveva dimenticato di chiudere le porte e l'ascensore era bloccato. Peccato, perchè la posizione è davvero top.

Da rifare in un altro hotel

Prezzo troppo alto. Questo hotel a 3 stelle è assolutamente OVERPRICED. Nessun servizio, staff inesistente, ascensore tremendo, vecchio e lentissimo che si blocca ogni 2 minuti: tutti i giorni 6 piani di scale a piedi anche con le valige. La camera è modesta, nonostante ho pagato un notevole upgrade: letto minuscolo, water con scarico mal funzionante, nessun frigobar in camera, quantomeno una bottiglia di acqua. L’unica bottiglia di acqua in camera posizionata attentamente sul tavolo con 10 ore sotto il sole. Niente ha giustificato questo prezzo altissimo, nemmeno la bellissima vista.
