Comfortable bed.
Limited breakfast.
The receptionist on arrival was excellent. The room was comfortable but very bland. Needed a bit of colour.
Breakfast was quite poor. Freshly cooked eggs were like rubber and the other ingredients were poor quality and a strange taste. Very disappointing.
Clean and friendly

Breakfast was nice better coffee option would be appreciated
Hotel is dated and in need of refurb
Staff and Hotel excellent, breakfast was lovely
Cheerful staff, clean room, and a good sized room particularly for the price
Decor was a bit old fashioned but understandable for the price
Location is good and easy parking.
Room was too warm without AC. Stains in carpet. Holes in curtains. Stains and holes in bathroom flooring. Hairs on ceiling above shower. Stains and marks on shower curtain. Very tired looking room.
Good location and easy parking. Staff friendly.
Rooms are terrible and need a revamp to be charging that much. Premier inn rooms are nicer than these rooms. The room smelt weird, toilet was stained and didnt flush well. There was annoying beep alarm everytime you opened the door. Breakfast wasnt much better, stale bread and no hash browns.
We used the hotel on a room only basis as we were going to a 3 day festival at Newbury. The room was quiet as we had requested, I made a mistake with the booking but the staff quickly changed it for us when I telephoned.
Only minor faults in room 52, a broken window catch. The sink tap leaked onto work surface. The reception was unmanned sometimes with a note saying on Fire walk, although this did give a sense of security in the heatwave high fire risk time.
Lots of parking and near the town centre and motorway
None
Location for what I needed. Ease of booking and staff helpfulness.
Stairs access only.
The bedding was lovely. Friendly staff.
The hotel is very dated. The room smelled very unpleasant although it was clean. We paid for the deluxe room. The deco was very dated. Bedside small lights did not work. The shower was cold in the morning. In the bar area the outdoor furniture was broken.
Great location with ample parking. Professional and helpful staff. Bedding and towels were clean and decent quality. Overall, room was comfortable.
There was quite a strong, not great, smell on the corridor and a bit into the room - my room was near the kitchens and so it was a bit of that and carpet cleaner / bleach, perhaps smoking and something else. I kept window open throughout and room was okay.
