Comfortable after cleaning room ourselves.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and the pool area was nice.

Cons:

Hair on the beds when we arrived. Toilet wasn't bolted down properly and looked like attempt was made to repair with caulking. Could hear everything from neighbors through walls.

A cheap motel would be better
Pros:

Maintenance was quick to respond and fixed the lights and TV that wor not working.

Cons:

The hotel is not kept up. Dirty and not kept in good condition. Worn and dated. Amenities were non existent. Not even basics like an ice machine and soap in the room. Very disappointed and a poor value for the money.

Nice stay in general. Property was good due to location. However, cleaning needs to be improved.
Pros:

Great location to go the beach, big room. Room separated from kitchen, which is great to sleep tight.

Cons:

It was not clean. Coffee maker still have coffee from previous guests. Cupboards were not clean at all. Stovetops were too old.

HORRIBLE STAY IN ROOM THE BEACH AND POOL WAS NICE BUT GLAD TO LEAVE AND MOVE ON TO NEXT DESTINATION.

ROOMS WERE DIRTY ,BED WAS HORRIBLE,HAD MOLD GROWING HEAVILY IN THE KITCHEN WINDOW,THE STOVE WAS HORRIBLE IT WAS TEATERING AND ALL THE BURNERS HAD A LEAN TO THEM SO YOU COULDNT COOK FOOD EVENLY IT JUST DIDNT WORK. THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY AND SOME MOLD WITH CRACK ON BOTTOM WALL AND YOU COULDNT FIT IN THE BATHROOM TOILLETE AND CLOSE THE DOOR YOU HAD TO GET IN BATH STEP IN SHOWER TO CLOSE THE DOOR TO SIT ON THE TOILLETE.THEY HAVE A HUNDRED DOLLAR FEE IF YOU LEAVE OR CANCELL THE ROOM AND AT THE TIME THERE WERE NO RESERVATIONS OPEN ANY WHERE ELSE CLOSE FOR THE TIME OF OUR STAY(JULY-AUGUST)

Publicidad Incompleta/Engañosa

La atención de la mesa de entrada. Muy amables todos. La playa hermosa

Cons:

No son honestos con la publicidad que realizan en Booking (y a Booking parece no importarles). NUNCA MUESTRAN CLARAMENTE que el hotel tiene dos partes. La mayoría de las fotos están concetradas en los departamentos que dan a la playa, pero un gran porcentaje de las habitaciones están ubicadas cruzando la calle (lo cual además no tiene un puente peatonal, peligroso para cruzar con chicos). Las instalaciones de ese lugar son antiguas y descuidadas, con aspecto a motel (lo cual no condice con la publicidad que promocionan en la página). Si eso estuviera claro desde el primer momento de hacer la reservas (NO LUEGO O CUANDO ESTAS EN LUGAR HACIENDO EL CHECK IN) la calificación sería diferente, o en verdad no habría ninguna porque no lo habría reservado. Nos quedamos en el lugar y aceptamos lo que nos dieron porque no iba a empañar las vacaciones familiares y no daban los tiempos para buscar otro lugar. ESPERO LOS FUTUROS CLIENTES LEAN ESTE COMENTARIO A TIEMPO DE RESERVAR ESTE LUGAR, con antelación y claridad, no con publicidad engañosa.
