Pros:

A cama era confortável e o quarto era muito espaçoso. O hotel era próximo ao aeroporto, com alguma infraestrutura local. O lobby é bem amplo e espaçoso.

Cons:

A equipe de atendimento pouco simpática . Em alguns momentos o tempo de espera no balcão fica grande. Hotel disponibiliza poucas opções de alimentação para quem chega tarde da noite, e o hotel fica distante de opções de alimentação.

Great stay near LAX with exceptional service!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn LAX. The room was impressively large, clean, and very comfortable for our needs.

A special shoutout to Joseph at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us out during our checkout process. His kindness and efficiency made a great impression.

The upper levels are really hot in the hallway the WiFi didn’t work my whole stay and they charge 60 for parking every day

The room is very comfortable and spacious, and its location near the airport is excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. There were almost no options. There wasn’t even any cheese, and the only fruit available was bananas. They only served bread, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and potatoes. It was honestly very disappointing and far too limited to be considered a proper hotel breakfast. Terrible.
