Pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location near the airport. Fred shuttle. Spacious room.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Breakfast room was packed. No hot water our last day and low water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Wonderful Customer Service!
Pros:

I had a great stay at this Residence Inn. Two staff, Joseph and Erik were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. I had many questions about parking and getting around, as my conference was down the street. They were always attentive and kind. The room was super clean and comfy.

Pros:

Sehr nahe am Flughafen aber dennoch kein grosser Lärm. Frühstück inklusive, was in den USA nicht sehr oft der Fall ist. Grosse, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Kleiner aber feiner Pool. Starbucks Caffee, ein Pizza- und ein Sandwich-Restaurant sind direkt ins Hotel integriert.

ridiculous
Cons:

charging me a fee for a marijuana smell , when smoking was not done in the room or throughout my trip.. we stayed for one night… and were barely in the room when i arrived. how can that be possible to linger in my room and get charged a fee..

Pros:

Irma was so helpful and kind, making our stay enjoyable and special. The front office supervisor was caring and helped us out with our luggage and allowed us to check in earlier than expected.
