Instaciones muy buenas aunque el servicio no estaba a la misma altura
Pros:

Habitación con todo tipo de comodidades. Muy buena y amplia

Cons:

El desayuno muy pobre. Incluso con platos de papel. Me esperaba mucho más.
La lavandería tenía el 98% de las máquinas fuera de servicio.

What hotel stops serving breakfast at 9am in the modern world???????
Pros:

Close to airport and the pool

Cons:

Breakfast only served between 6-9am having arrived late previous night meant we missed it which I think means I should get a refund for the cost of 2 breakfasts.
The sheets on the bed were not fully clean - stand were visible which is disappointing.

It was nice. Needs a few fixings.
Pros:

The property was nice. Awesome staff, they were all very helpful especially the wonderful cleaning ladies. Pool was nice and refreshing on a 100°+ weather.

Cons:

Rooms were a little beat up. The bathroom had a funky smell. A few things from the room were damaged. Hopefully I don’t get charged for something the previous guests left.

Mixed.
Pros:

The spacious room with kitchen facilities was great! Size of the bathroom, closet area and sitting space for meals was also great. Breakfast was a highlight as well and very good. Shuttle to and from the airport were great.

Cons:

The kitchen drawers were damaged and got stuck a lot. Front staff (man) was excellent and helpful. Woman front staff didn't offer much help with laundry issue. All 5 or 6 washing machines were out of order except for one machine. Three of the five dryers were out of order. There were 3 families needing to do laundry and when we asked the front design for options we could seek, we didn't receive any suggestions. We chose the property based on needing laundry facilities knowing that we'd need it. Reading light above left side of bed wasn't working.
