Children under the age of 15 years can only access the swimming pool from 09:00 until 15:00. All guests and children can access the pool for free from 09:00 until 15:00. An extra charge of EUR 15 applies after 15:00. If you are booking a prepaid rate and require an invoice, please include your company details in the Special Requests box when booking.

Una delusione
Pros:

La posizione e il servizio di ristorazione

Cons:

Ho alloggiato qui una notte per lavoro. L'hotel é situato in una zona in cui é difficile parcheggiare e per di piú proprio davanti c'è la fermata dell'autobus, quindi difficile anche sostare. Purtroppo una volta arrivata in stanza ho trovato una grossa chiazza di umiditá e muffa sul soffitto e i finestroni sporchissimi. Sono scesa in reception, ho chiesto di cambiare camera dopo aver fatto vedere le foto (avrebbero potuto proporlo loro) e il personale si é dimostrato molto poco accogliente e disponibile. Alla fine mi hanno cambiato stanza, e me ne hanno dato un migliore, ma onestamente dopo aver traslocato le mie cose sono rimasta mal volentieri e molto amareggiata. Ottimo invece il servizio ristorazione con una buona offerta e varietà di piatti, personale di servizio competente e professionale.

Die Strandnähe

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Von 7-11 Uhr konnte man frühstücken. Wir waren immer so gegen 9:00 Uhr da. Es gab Salami, Gek. Schinken und Käse alles schon eingetrocknet. Die gekochten Eier waren kalt. Die Spiegeleier aus der Muffinform richtig eingetrocknet.
Von den Rühreiern möchte ich gar nicht sprechen. Sonst alles abgepackt wie Marmelade oder Honig etc.
Aber der Cappuccino schmeckte gut.

Cons:

Mancava insonorizzazione problema principale per un 4 stelle.
Servirebbe una ristrutturazione nelle stanze.
A mio parere la spa non è paragonabile a un 4 stelle e a quel prezzo dato che mancano servizi.

Location and staff was good

Cons:

This hotel is never a 4 star, the swimming pool is dated spa and changing rooms dirty and smell want total refreshment, no facilitie to make a hot drink

I materassi del letto a castello non idonei per dormire, un'altra cosa che non ci è piaciuto odore pesante su le coperte . In un hotel a 4 stelle dovrebbe essere tutto perfetto.
