Great investment, nightmare management
Pros:

The location and the facilities are impeccable! The investors really did a great job and if you look at the details it is definitely a top hotel.

Cons:

The operation management needs to go to primary school… the hotel operators are like a joke… a very bad one. Some examples: you are in front of the hotel, first question.. are you coming here? 🤦‍♀️, they cannot map the parking with the room and you declare it daily, when you check out you wait the cleaning lady to check if you are a thief… A great honor for a 5 star hotel guest.. and so on… many others.

Такого снобизма на ресепшене мы ещё никогда не видели! Невероятно. На завтраке, который не отличался особым разнообразием, за гостями, которых было раз два, пять, постоянно наблюдали три! работника, похожих на индонезийцев. Наверное, чтоб мы все дружно не вынесли тарелки, приборы, скатерти, не знаю - варенье в кармане. Очень странно все это выглядело. Чек аут отнял минут 10 нашего времени. Мы, как провинившиеся, ждали пока горничная проверит не умыкнули ли мы чипсы или содовую из мини бара... Унизительная процедура. Больше мы здесь не гости. Хотя оценки мы поставили нормальные. Хочется надеяться, что это был просто не наш день, и все вышеперечисленное - недоразумение.

Think it should be 4 star but I would recommend it.
Pros:

Nice pool and spa facilities. Janet (Jeanette?) in the restaurant is really friendly and helpful. Some of the reception staff also.

Cons:

Rooms are not 5 star standard. Lots of small details let it down.

Śniadanie ok, duży wybór, choć nie wszystko jest smaczne

Cons:

Pokoj standard zasługuje co najwyzej na 3 gwiazdki, zdjęcia ktore widać są glownie z pokoi o wyzszym standardzie. Jeśli ktoś oczekuje standardu 5gwiazdek to na pewno będzie zawiedziony.
