We had a wonderful stay at Galeon Residence & SPA and would definitely come back again!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Our room was spacious, spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a truly comfortable stay.
The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The restaurant also exceeded our expectations, the food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and offered a great variety of dishes.
As a family traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the fantastic children’s play area located right next to the restaurant. It allowed us to enjoy our meals while our daughter had fun just a few steps away. This thoughtful detail made our stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable.
Although it rained during our stay, it didn’t affect our vacation at all thanks to the wonderful indoor pool and SPA facilities. The hotel truly provides everything needed for a perfect getaway, regardless of the weather.
Last but certainly not least, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the hotel manager, Zornitsa Masaldzhieva. It is rare to meet someone so genuinely kind, dedicated, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure every little detail of our stay was perfect, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for.

A big thank you to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality! We highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit. ❤️

Pros:

Pozdrawiam całą miłą obsługę a w szegolnosci panią sprzątająca na 4 piętrze, zawsze uśmiechnięta i komunikatywna. Basen ok.

Cons:

Śniadania bym poprawił , szczególnie te ekspresy do kawy. Potrzeba nowych zdecydowanie. Trochę pozmieniajcie kilka rzeczy w ciągu tygodnia , coś usuncie jlcoś dodajcie i tak na zmianę.

Puține aspecte.
Se face curat in fiecare zi. Doar e de cinci stele.
Personal recepție ok.

Cons:

Este hotel de cinci stele low cost.
Mic dejun identic in fiecare dimineață.
Mobilier deteriorat pe terasă.
Canapea living cu probleme.
Cabina de duș pierde apă care ajunge in hol.
Apa din piscină e rece.
La spa se opresc facilitățile mai devreme si este low cost.

לא הייתי חוזר בחיים

גם כשהחשמל נפל המטפלת המשיכה לעבוד בחושך מוחלט.

Cons:

צוות הקבלה היה זוועה! פרט למישהי אחת שבאמת הייתה מאוד נחמדה.
הגענו כמשפחה 4 חדרים 16 אורחים.
בכל חדר יש בוילר ואצלנו כנראה שהיה תקול, שלושה ימים שאנחנו עוברים בין חדרים להתקלח.
התשובה בקבלה הייתה שאתה במלון 5 כוכבים בבולגריה וככה בכל החדרים.
אפילו אמרו לי להתקלח בצוהריים כי המים חמים יותר (הבוילר חשמלי) בדיחהה הבוילר יושב בתוך המקלחת.

וגם לבסוף כשעברנו חדר אף אחד לא דאג לבדוק אותו לפני לא היה כספת שדאגו להביא, טלוויזיה וגם חלק מתקעי החשמל לא עבדו.

ואסילי הבלבוי היה אחלה ניסה תמיד לעזור.

ההזמנת החדרים הייתה דרך סוכן, טעות להזמין מסוכן לדעתי.
הוספתי לילה דרך בוקינג בגלל שהיה לנו עיכוב בטיסה ושהמלון הבין הוא הציע לי לבטל את ההזמנה ולשלם מחיר לפי שעה נמוך יותר.
לא הסכמתי בגלל הביקורות שהם צריכים לקבל ואמרתי להם את זה.
וגם ההרגשה שלי האישית הייתה לא רצוי בגלל המקום שממנו באתי.
מעשהי בקבלה עם שיער קצר דאגה להזכיר לי את זה
ביום הראשון.

Pros:

A nice, modern hotel with courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast offered a wide selection, and everything was tasty and fresh.
For me, the hotel is great—away from the bustle of the main beaches, but not in the middle of nowhere either.
Between the center of Sunny Beach and Nessebar.
The beach is 5 minutes from the hotel, featuring both paid sun loungers and a free area where you can use your own blankets :)
There are many grocery stores and restaurants in the area.
Fully recommend :)

The best experience
Pros:

We enjoy a lot this hotel. We like the experience, the restaurant and the breakfast are just amazing! The manager Irina in breakfast is very kind, passionate and professional. The food is amazing and the breakfast is very rich. We came here for the second time and we will come here again surely.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni , na pewno wrócimy. Dobre SPA i codziennie jakaś promocja na masaż.
Pros:

Śniadania urozmaicone ale zawsze to samo natomiast super świeże warzywa , owoce, jajka sadzone .

Cons:

Platna kawa w pokoju, jajecznica sucha, na śniadaniach kolejka do expresu z kawą, brak soku ze świeżych pomarańczy byly nie zdrowe soki z automatu.
