The music was so loud at 10 PM, we couldn’t go sleep. The staff didn’t even ask if everything was good or not. Not coming back, definitely!

They kindly said they’d upgraded our room upon arrival.
The Staff in all departments we interacted with were excellent, hardworking, helpful, professional and patient.
Robert was very patient ( night clerk).
Parking was easy. And included .
Security with lift operation by card only.
Hotel restaurant had nice selection of meals.
Toiletries were supplied including shower caps etc…
Shower was powerful enough.
Breakfast buffet was good with a good selection.
Would recommend it.
We had some issues with the lighting on the first night Which staff tried to resolve. But meant the room was quite dark.
This maybe an unusual occurrence but on the second night the power kept going off and on which resulted in the lights coming on suddenly several times in our room during the middle of the night. Perhaps a power outage nearby???
Key cards kept having to be renewed throughout the stay and as they operate things like the lift… but staff were helpful.
There were coffee pods, but no milk pods supplied in the room ( cultural differences ???). We requested some the next day and staff were happy to supply several.
Shower: when switch off a shot of cold water came out of the rain shower head. We worked out how to dodge it.
Overall, a nice stay.
Staff are definitely the asset.
