I absolutely loved the lounge area, very welcoming environment and I enjoyed playing pool! My room was fabulous, the crow was amazing and the modernized style was perfectly stylish.
Lobby area it like the AC wasn’t working it’s bad. A little warm.

Location was great. It was beautiful, clean, and fun. They had a DJ on the pool area one night and games at the lobby.
I have mixed feelings about our stay. While the hotel itself is very nice and clean, the check-in experience and some water issues ruined the experience.
The Check-In Nightmare:
My friend arrived at the hotel before me around midnight. Because the reservation was under my name, they refused to let her check in. I completely understand security protocols, but the staff showed zero desire to be solution-focused. Instead of trying to help, they initially told my friend that the room was for one adult (I had to send a screenshot to show them otherwise) and they told her to cancel my non-refundable reservation and book a new room under her name (which would cost more) or pay for an extra night out of pocket—even though the room was already fully paid for! She asked if she could show/send them my ID to prove she was staying with me, but they said no.
She called me and I added my friend’s name to the reservation, but they claimed that wasn't enough. The front desk was completely unhelpful and negative at first. Eventually, they agreed to let her check in after I emailed them a photo of my ID and proof that she was on the reservation. However, if I had been asleep at midnight when this happened, I am not sure what my friend would have done, probably pay for a room at a high price.
The Room:
The room was beautiful and kept very clean everyday, but we ran into plumbing issues. The water pressure in the shower was incredibly weak. Additionally, the toilet had a very weak flush—we had to flush 2 or 3 times just for toilet paper to go down.
It’s a lovely property, but the front desk needs training on hospitality and basic problem-solving. Combined with the frustrating plumbing, it ruined what should have been a seamless stay.
The room was nice and clean and housekeeping came in when I change the sheets and made the bed everything was nice even everything though hotel was nice and quiet it was peaceful loved everything about it that said was nice very respectful you asking questions it was pleasure
Great place to stay, very clean & walking distance to everything. Hotel was up to date and beautiful. Would definitely stay again

Like that the rooms were clean. The hotel was away from Bourbon street but a block away so we didn’t have to walk too far.
That my reservation said breakfast was free but they were charging for it.
The staff were amazing and friendly, rooms where clean for the most part bar was well priced and accommodations were great.
Sheets were dirty when arriving, pool didn’t look like it did in the pictures view wasn’t as good as suggested. Shower head was weak and needed to be cleaned.
