Small room, can hear conversations in another room. 1 pillow per bed, was able to request for additional pillows. Called twice different times, No one answered phone in reception
The room was great and comfortable for a single traveller. I love the way the shower and toilet were separate.
It would be considered small and abit tight if I was sharing with another person, since the room would be the same allocated if you were booking for 2 people. Also, the locked hangers were so high I had trouble reaching up to hang ny clothes. If you are going to have locked hangers, at least lower the rack height so it's reachable even for shorter people. Also, my room basically faced a wall and they had the ibis styles logo imprinted right over my windows, so no view, basically not even a window as no natural light came through due to the close proximity of the opposite wall.
