Pros:

Location was perfectly close to every tourist attra tions and lively part of istanbul. The room was cute and cozy.
Day reception guy was really nice and friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom needs urgent maintenance. It felt like only a superficial surface cleaning was done before my arrival and even during my stay.
Housekeeping Issues:Dirty items: Both the drinking glass and coffee mug left in the room were unwashed.Unclean toilet: The toilet had clearly not been cleaned prior to check-in and during my stay.
Neglected areas: The floor underneath the bed was covered in thick dust.
Bathroom Plumbing:Flooding: The shower fixtures are very old, and poor plumbing caused water to back up and flood the shower floor during use.Standing in backed-up water combined with the poor overall cleanliness made the room feel highly unhygienic. I cannot recommend staying here until management improves their cleaning standards and fixes the infrastructure.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. La ubicación del hotel también es muy buena para moverse por Estambul.

La limpieza de la habitación debería mejorar bastante.

Pros:

Мы останавливались на одну ночь проездом, хотели именно в этом районе. Отель очень милый, номер небольшой, но мы это понимали. Нам нужно было удобно добраться из аэропорта, быстро посмотреть центр за полдня и улететь. Все чисто, кровать очень удобная, все работает, местоположение супер!!! Цена тоже отличная.
До всех красивых мест добираться супер удобно!

Amazing stay
Pros:

Its location is amazing. So close to every transportation including the pier.

Our room didnt have good internet connection, however, this can be ignored compared the other good sides of it.

Pros:

Отель на 1-2 ночи подойдет, персонал очень внимательный, вежливый, есть лифт, хорошее расположение, легко добраться.

Cons:

Спускаться на 1 этаж чтобы погладить свои вещи в столовой, это не очень удобно.
Рекомендую более тщательную уборку в номерах, в моем было много волос

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff
Pros:

Vibrant neighborhood with plenty of dining options nearby. Great location, close to the T1 tram stop and Karaköy ferry pier. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The facilities are a bit dated, but everything works properly. The hotel is located in a small alley, so it can be a little difficult to find when you first arrive. Also, airport transfer taxis cannot drive directly to the hotel entrance.

ロケーションが最高。
Pros:

とにかくロケーションが最高です。
港も近いですし、トラム・ケーブルカーの駅にも近いです。
朝ごはんはついておらず、そこまでスタッフも干渉してこない感じが日本のビジホっぽいです。
水圧や水回りも問題なし。

Cons:

Wi-Fiが部屋だとつながりませんでした…
改善点は本当にそこだけ。
