Great location l, clean room, but basic facilities
Pros:

Good location, small clean room and comfortable bed. Plenty of places to eat and drink around and super convenient for ferries and transport.

Cons:

There is really nothing other than the room. No breakfast facility just a coffee maker. The upstairs terrace is not open air as in the picture but closed on glass. So it is a great place to sleep but everything else must be be done outside .

Pros:

The staff at reception and the cleaners (one of which was Melek hanım) were friendly, helpful, and ensured the safety of the staff by checking ID of visitors who were not staying at the hotel. I felt safe and taken care of! Hotel was also clean - big win! Will definitely come back to stay if I ever need!

Pros:

The site and reception staff were present, and we thank them for their warm welcome.

Cons:

The cleaning lady, Malak, is disrespectful and doesn't respect the guests. She prevented us from placing our teacups on the coffee table next to the bed. I urge the hotel owner to provide Malak with training on how to treat tourists and improve her manners with guests. Malak, you are a cleaning lady, and your job is only to clean, not to dictate to hotel guests where they should place their teacups. Best regards.

Odlična lokacija jer lako pristupate stanici tramvaja, autobusnoj stanici za aerodrom i stanici trajekta. Isto tako određene lokacije su vam lako dostupne pješice. Imate rooftop koji je dostupan 0-24h, ljubazno osoblje i sobe su čiste.

Персонал очень отзывчивый, во всем помогали, если были какие-то проблемы то сразу все решалось. Расположение удобное, много достопремечательностей рядом, причал, много заведений где можно вкусно покушать. Был день рождения подарили вкусный тортик. На последнем этаже отеля общая терраса с прекрасным видом, также там есть кофемашина и кулер с водой для всех гостей отеля, фото прикрепил

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, zentral aber auch nicht zu laut und nicht im Partyviertel oder so. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. DIe Dachterasse ist toll. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. WIr waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
