Un excelente lugar para una escapada
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, bien cuidado, el desayuno delicioso y toda la comida Fabulosa, las piscinas relajantes, ambiente tranquilo y muy limpio

Cons:

La zona alrededor está un poco sola y olvidaron algunos de mis requerimientos de mejora de la habitación

Santa Marta: un paraíso destrozado por el mal manejo y la avaricia.

El hotel es precioso, y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Lamentablemente esto no tiene que ver con el hotel. El hotel es perfecto, pero la calle en la cual está no es la mejor. A solo dos cuadras la realidad cambia, pero hay basura, orín y gente en situación de calle. Este es un problema de la ciudad que ojalá se solucione con el nuevo gobierno. Santa Marta esta olvidado por sus autoridades y se mantiene a flote por los turistas.

A relaxing oasis in Santa Marta.
Pros:

The are multiple outdoor areas where you can relax and swim. The rooms are comfortable and large. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast is delicious and perfect and lovely chilled location to enjoy the morning meal. We choose to stay here every time we visit Santa Marta.

Pros:

Excelente el desayuno. Dentro del hotel las instalaciones son muy bonitas y totalmente agradables. Nos encontramos muy cerca a la parte histórica de interés. La ubicación es que da sensación de una calle sola sin mucho movimiento.

Cons:

The location was right between two clubs that blasted music until 04:00 In the morning. We went to speak to reception but they weren’t really bothered. Paid a lot of money for a suite for two nights and didn’t get any sleep. A lot of homeless drug taking on the street outside and we didn’t feel safe. The place could also do with some TLC. I would not recommend this place to anyone
