Pros:

Hotel okay, cuma perabot macam old school sikit. tapi everything okay. breakfast pun okay

The facility was not very welcoming in terms of its comfort and value for money

The location is quite central

Cons:

The intern was not very communicative. She failed to instruct us which lift to use and we ended up at the opposite end of the building where she has placed us. We went to the other wing and could not find the room. As I was travelling with my 79 yr old Mother and 81 yrs old Father, the walk from one side of the building to the other was strenuous for the seniors. When we finally got to the correct wing, the key card and/or door for one of the rooms was faulty and my son and I had to go back to the reception counter to change rooms. Imagine having to do this after 7 hr drive from KL! The phone in one of the rooms was not working either.

Being a guest to the hotel even b4 the new wing was up& what I experience today is most memorable .
Pros:

B’fast..Much better than before
I like the idea of placing fruits & cold drinks in the chiller/fridge

Cons:

I cannot control the aircon temp in my room in the old block.. is it centrally controlled?

Place of the event. So no hassle to drive around.

Cons:

I had to change 3 rooms, wish i had the time to change hotel. The bedsheets were not clean, room had some peculiar smell - asked for room change as there were cockroaches! 😢

Had to come down to the reception as the staff did not answer the phone.

They didnt provide basic things - toothbrush and laundry bag was out of stock apparently.
