Honestly I didn"t have much expectation about this hotel but I do find it comfortable except for lif
Pros:

The breakfast was good (especially telur masak separuh, already prepared, and boiled just the way I like it). The mattress was comfortable. Nasi dagang is so so, I had better.

Cons:

The lift in the building that I stayed didn't work well especially to go down. It"s quite distressing since I was there as a speaker for the conference and my talks were quite early in the morning for both days. I hope the hotel is doing something about this.

Pros:

Spacious, clean and looks new.

Cons:

Smells like old hotel. Receptionists need to be trained. They also didn’t explain well where the elevator is. When they saw us searching and walking around, didn’t bother to help us find.

Pros:

Great location, cosy lobby, friendly staff.

Cons:

Old facilities, smelly carpets on 4th floor, molded wall on room 4019, dated and rusted gym equipments, limited seat for breakfast, elevator switch need repairs.
