Pros:

Location is good for business, all hotel staffs are polite and sweet smiles, room is good if compare with other hotels, room is always clean and tidy, no noise, I can feel calm here, atmosphere is nice, highly recommended . Thanks for Myat Pwint, Thu Thu and Hsu Lae’s help during my long stay.

Pros:

Comfortable, friendly and a good location. Took the time to upgrade me to a king bed, corner room with pool view.

Cons:

One staff wanted me yo immediately pay for a soft drink when I was told by reception I could charge it to my room.

Always a wonderful stay!
Pros:

We love coming to the Novotel Yangon Max as Platinum members. Ms. Myat Pwint, Ms. Khine Zin, Ms. Ei Chaw and Ms. Thu Thu are are so sweet with their warm welcoming and tentative to meet our needs. All of the staff are very well trained to make your want to come back. I would recommend anyone who have a chance to visit Yangon to stay in Novotel Yanon Max.

Pros:

Le buffet au petit déjeuner est monstrueux ! Il y a toutes les spécialités asiatiques. Mais ce n'est pas donné (28 USD).
On peut trouver des hôtel très bien et moins chers à Yangon, en particulier dans Golden Valley, mais à qualité un peu en dessous.

My Premium choice in Yangon
Pros:

I recently visited Novotel Yangon Max and had a wonderful experience. I met the Guest Experience Director, Mr. Benedict, who is truly warm, professional, and passionate about hospitality.

I would also like to appreciate super cute lady, Ms. Khwar Nyo, the Front Office Team Leader, for her excellent service.

Because of the outstanding team and service quality, Novotel Yangon Max is definitely my premium choice in Yangon.

Highly recommended!

Did Not Reflect the Accor Standard
Pros:

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning was poor, and the service attitude was not welcoming. It did not reflect the level of hospitality I usually expect from an Accor group hotel. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and I would reconsider staying here in the future.
