Perfect place to explore the centre of Poitiers
Pros:

Perfect location right in the centre of Poitiers, next to the Hotel de Ville. Top floor room with view over the main square and covered parking available if you book - though a bit tight for very large vehicles and the access via a series of one way streets needs a good satnav. Nice breakfast for 9 euros. Spacious rooms and there is a (very small) lift. No AC but its an old building, you could open the window and a fan was provided. Very good value for money given the location.

Cons:

Front of hotel rooms a bit noisy at night if you need to open the window. Rear ones very quiet - our friends had one. Dont go if you want a modern hotel, this is one for those who like quirky with character.

Pros:

De korte ligging naar het centrum, en de afgesloten parking achter het hotel (te reserveren en extra te betalen wel).

Cons:

De ramen sloten niet goed af van de kamer, wat nodig was gezien het lawaai tot 's nachts en alweer in de ochtend vroeg.
Heel kleine badkamer, weinig plaats aan het toilet en de afloop van de douche doet het slecht.
Bedden zijn van redelijke kwaliteit. Verder hygiënisch propere handdoeken en proper beddengoed, wel overal tapijt.

Hôtel abordable et un peu vieillissant en plein cœur de Poitiers
Pros:

Hôtel un peu vieillissant, avec un aménagement basique, mais très propre. Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable pour un hôtel aussi bien situé en plein centre. Idéal pour les étudiants au budget limité.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation et fenêtres à simple vitrage.

Excellent value for money-very comfortable in a brilliant location.
Pros:

Excellent location right in the centre with parking. Room clean and nicely decorated-at the rear of the hotel so very quiet. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Cons:

Could have more than one mug/teabag/coffee sachet in the room.
