Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms
The bathroom sink was badly cracked
Am Badewannenrand befand sich Schimmel und vor dem Fenster befand sich die Abluftanlage der Küche so dass beim Öffnen des Fenster der Geruch ins Zimmer kam.
We stayed here for a 70th birthday celebration.
The rooms were a great size and the beds extremely comfortable.
The staff were excellent from start to finish and nothing was a hassle to them.
Would definitely stay again.
The bedroom was clean and comfortable
The food at the hotel restaurant was really mediocre , the pizza was burned black on the bottom side and the vegetables and potatoe dish had been fried and served swimming in oil. We were not offered any compensation for this.
The secondvissue concerns the bad planning of the food for breakfast. We arrived for our breakfast at 9.35 and despited the fact that breakfast is served until 10.30, we were informed that there were no more pastries left at that stage
Attended a meeting/class in the hotel. Hotel did look really nice however do not go into the car park. It is extremely tight and has very high kerbs which do not help the situation at all. Damaged my car coming out due to the extremely tight space. Do not go into the car park!!!

I am a visitor from Australia and this was the best place I have stayed at. I only wish I could have stayed another night. The bed was so comfortable
I liked everything
I had initially given a five star review, but was very disappointed that there wasn’t a response to my review.
From arriving until departure the staff were fantastic. We were celebrating an anniversary and there was a plate of goodies in our room, nice touch.
The room was well equipped and very clean, good coffee. The bar entertainment was very good and they served a great pint of Guinness! It was great having the parking onsite, albeit a bit tight, watch your alloy wheels
Breakfast isn’t the Menu highlighted on the website, although there is still a good choice and again the service was excellent.
Unfortunately there was a big negative during our visit. Our room was above the entrance to the car park, a car alarm went off around midnight, Monday night, and didn’t stop all night, not conducive to a good nights sleep
I didn’t contact reception as there was no way the night porter could have known who it belonged to, I know this because I was a bit surprised when checking in that I wasn’t asked my registration number. I did mention the alarm to receptionist as I was checking out.
The location is superb and there are a lot of excellent restaurants within walking distance.
Yes the alarm spoiled a good nights sleep but I would still recommend.
Our stay was comfortable and staff was kind and accommodating.
The parking garage is tight. I'm afraid that the rental may get dinged in there. Had to sleep with the window open and a fan on me to be comfortable. No air-conditioning, no refrigerator, no microwave.
