موقع الفندق ممتاز، قريب من تايمز سكوير لكن بعيد عن الزحمة والإزعاج، وما تسمع أصوات الشارع داخل الغرف. ريحته حلوة ونظيف، وبكل تأكيد بحطه ضمن خياراتي للسكن مرة ثانية.

Great location, close to Times Square but away from the crowds and noise. The rooms are quiet, with no noticeable street noise. The hotel smells lovely and is clean. I would definitely consider staying here again.

من السلبيات أن الماء الحار ينفد في المساء. لكن أكثر ما خفّض تقييمي للفندق هو خدمة التنظيف؛ إذ يتصلون للسؤال عن موعد مغادرتك، مما يشعرك بأنهم يستعجلون خروجك، وقد يكون الاتصال أثناء نومك. وفي أحد الأيام، لم يتم تنظيف غرفتي رغم أنني حاطة علامة التنظيف، وما أكتشف ذلك إلا عند عودتي مساءً، حين كان الوقت متأخرًا لطلب التنظيف مجددًا.

One downside is that the hot water runs out in the evening. However, what lowered my rating the most was the housekeeping service. They call to ask when you will be checking out, which makes you feel rushed to leave, and the calls may come while you are asleep. On one occasion, my room was not cleaned despite my having requested housekeeping. I only discovered this when I returned in the evening, when it was too late to request cleaning again.

Love the care and hospitality!
Pros:

Have been to the U.S many times but nothing quite matches the service at knickerbocker! We stayed here for two weeks and appreciate Gania and Lisette for their impeccable friendly and efficient service everyday we’ve been at knickerbocker. Buffet breakfast is great and location was convenient. The team at knickerbocker have been very accommodating to my family especially my older parents. This is what was most important for me. Everyone, from the doormen to the dining services staff, left us with a lasting impression of warmth and genuine hospitality. We will miss the morning greetings from the doormen. Nga mihi (thank you) knickerbocker team from your favourite NZers

Great Size Rooms, Great Location, Quiet Space to escape in NYC
Pros:

The room was a great size for New York, the location was perfect for the distance to attractions but a very busy location right in Times square. Our hotel was a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of the street it was located on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kindly arranged a car to take us to the airport and let us get a complimentary late check out until 1pm which was great! We also loved the rooftop bar for nice views of the city and a cocktail.

Cons:

Considering this was a 5-star hotel the beds were not overly comfortable, and the pillows were VERY uncomfortable; all of our travellers commented on the pillows. We did request more and softer ones, which they kindly provided but they too were very uncomfortable. We were very surprised there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room, again very unusual for a 5 star hotel.

Nice but not exceptional

If you want to be in Times Square and near subway stations it’s perfect. Quiet and clean

Cons:

We paid over £500 a night and although the hotel was nice it just wasn’t wow for what we thought was going to be a luxury stay. Our deluxe two double bed room whilst big was tired in places…furniture had scuffs and robes had holes. For the money we just expected more.

Гарний старий готель, смачні сніданки, приємний персонал. Окремо хочеться відмітити прибирання - ДУЖЕ якісно, і декілька разів на день, ми були в захваті)

Cons:

Кімната не дуже світла, вікно невелике. І шум від Таймс Сквер в будь-який час дня. Але, ми це розуміли ще при бронюванні...тому оцінка висока!!

Le personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Chambre qui ne correspondait pas tout à fait à notre attente. Nous pensions avoir un coin « salon » mais il s’avérait qu’il s’agissait juste d’un fauteuil et d’une petite table d’appoint. Pas idéal si l’on veut manger quelque chose à 4, tranquillement dans la chambre.
