By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors provided by REST in its rooms. REST is a smart device that allows hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. Check-In war schwierig. Einige Mitarbeiter - "die Bodyguards" waren am ersten Tag ausgesprochen unhöflich bei Problemen. Absolutes No-go für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. (Schululungsbedarf) Hat sich aber gegen Ende gebessert. Besonders der Mitarbeiter, der sich um die Gepäcklagerung kümmerte, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
We had a wonderful stay at The Knickerbocker Hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The rooms were always clean, tidy, and very comfortable.
The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Walters, Gania, Hussein, and KJ for their kindness and outstanding service.
The location is perfect—right in the center of everything and ideal for exploring the city. No much noise considering we were in front of Times Square. We also highly recommend visiting the rooftop, which offers a fantastic atmosphere and great views.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York!!

Geluid van buiten van de politie en brandweer is echt een probleem.
Room is nice bathroom is well appointed location at Times Square convenient, nice rooftop bar. Many rooms are interior views so dark and rooms do not have mini bar or in room coffee. You do have an empty refrigerator. Room service was excellent and very prompt - employees were very friendly and helpful.
