Clean, spacious rooms and helpful staff
Pros:

The Nightcap at the Charles was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and accommodating. It is very close to good public transport links

Great for an overnight stay with friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was clean and had all the facilities needed for an overnight stay. The staff were warm and welcoming and very accommodating.

Cons:

There is no window in the room, just the bathroom at the front and when the bathroom door is closed you are in total darkness -great for a sleep in though!

Great for budget travellers
Pros:

Staff were really helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the free drink was a great nightcap. Nice hot shower too.

I was late in and early out. The time I spent there was good. Bed was comfortable and shower facilities were good. I would stay there again when in the city

Pros:

The soundproofing is non existent. The mgmt is aware of this that’s why there are notices around reminding guests to be considerate and keep volume down. We could hears chatters along corridor n boisterous interaction from the bar below.
Room is tiny and bed is super soft. Very uncomfortable for us. Internet speed is slow. Location is good. We paid $175, definitely not worth n won’t be back.

Pros:

ベットが良いベットで最高　ぐっすりよく眠れました。
無料駐車場が併設、ホテルまで駐車場からすぐ近く

Cons:

窓がない
2階がホテルで2階へは階段のみ(重い荷物があると大変)
1階がスポーツバーのため、たぶん週末などは音がうるさい(泊まった日は平日だったためとっても静かでした)
