Staff was very kind,
Basic English was no problem.

And the room itself for Thailand standards was pretty good.
I travelled to south Thailand and north west Thailand using Pattaya as a home base because I like to party a little bit in between the beaches and the tours.
all in all it was an amazing hotel

Cons:

The one thing I did not like about my stay was the shower it had little pressure so you end up hugging a wall or one hand showering and when you shower twice a day in this heat that's not ideal.

夜遊びに立地が良いので定宿にしています。雨季の今は、雨でも一階にレストラン（チープチャーリー）があるので、食事に外に出なくて済む。定宿なのでゴルフバックを預かってもらっています（毎回、日本から持参する必要なし）

Cons:

ゴキブリ🪳の子どもを見つけ、清掃担当に言ったら、すぐにゴキブリ駆除スプレーを持ってきてくれました（滞在中は部屋においています）

It looks like a decent hotel when I first entered

Cons:

Cockroaches everywhere, changed rooms twice and all the rooms were filled with cockroaches. That goes to show that majority of the room were infested. The staff didn’t even looked surprised when I said there were cockroaches

התארחנו במלון והייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת. המלון נקי, מסודר ומטופח. החליפו מצעים ודאגו לניקיון באופן קבוע, והצוות היה אדיב ושירותי. נהנינו מאוד מהשהות ובהחלט נשמח לחזור ולהמליץ לאחרים

לא היה משהו שלא אהבנו. הכול היה מצוין – המקום היה נקי, מסודר ומטופח, החליפו מצעים באופן קבוע, והשהות הייתה נעימה מאוד🤗

Cons:

There were bugs in the room I stayed in; they changed the room, but there were bugs in the other one too—it was probably due to the heat. I had actually stayed at that hotel in February and was pleased, but things didn't go quite as well this time.
