The location is awesome..walkable to my destination.

Cons:

The toilet is too small to my liking. The building seem old. The room is comfortable. We were supposed to get adjoining room for the family but the was problem with the other room. So we were separated by two floors. The owner should consider halal food also since the tourists are from widespread.

They have a young lady named Becky, she is an absolute joy and works so hard for that hotel, she even needed a day off to take her dog to the vet for an op, the owners approved it but the other staff wouldn't cover, wanted a scooter hire the first morning but was told the chap left early(9-30) as the owners were away so couldn't get one, any hotels read this, go and offer Becky a job she's worth it.

Cons:

The room fans sound like jumbo jets, place was deserted most of the time, no night assist, nobody about in case needed.

Excellent accommodation, in a great location, at a great price.
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location-right on the seafront. I stayed in the three person room (3 single beds) with my two daughters. The price was excellent and offered great value. Shower was great and the room was clean. Look, it's not The Ritz, but it's clean, very well priced, and in a perfect location. No car parking, but that was always made very clear and we had no problem finding public parking. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Great location, fantastic staff

Cons:

Ground floor bedroom, radiator was boiling hot even during the heat wave we had and couldn’t turn it off. Would have been good to have had the opportunity to turn it off and not have to call reception
Didn’t like the fact live wires were visible and connected via wire connectors.

Sea views restricted, had to stand up to look out of the windows

Excellent value, comfortable rooms, great location
Pros:

I've stayed in Llandudno three times now in three different hotels -- this one was, by far, the best. Great location on the waterfront, rooms are comfortable and pleasant, and the building is well maintained. So much nicer than some of the other places in town that feel in need of some TLC.
