We had a lovely activity filled stay in Llandudno.
Pros:

When we arrived the greeting was very friendly and checking in was easy and quick. The room was clean with all the conveniences one would expect, from coffee and tea, to an en-suite shower room. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nigh't sleep. The hotel was right on the promenade, so was close to all amenities, shops and the pier and beach, so was in a very good location.

Superb location and excellent customer service, keenly priced and comfortable rooms .
Pros:

I travelled with my elderly mother and had to drop her off whilst I found a car parking space. The female manager made my mom feel extremely special and was so welcoming and friendly. Excellent customer service and welcome. Right on the sea front and lovely small green area with benching and beautiful flowers at the front .The hotel appears to have had a recent refresh with beautiful fresh rooms with new bedroom carpets, curtains and decoration. Very comfortable beds. Keenly priced. We shall most definitely be staying again soon.

Small double, rear view
Pros:

This hotel was in an exceptional location. Right on the seafront. The room i stayed in was on the top floor but there was a lift. The bathroom was small and the shower cubicle needed resealing but the shower itself was lovely. There was a loose plug next to the bed which was supposed to be fixed but wasnt. I had a cooked breakfast which was just okay. The juice was not juice but seemed like cordial. The butter was spread and there was no fruit or cereal. No food or alcohol are allowed in the rooms although there is a very good fridge and fan in the room.

All in all a nice hotel for the money paid.

The breakfast. No food or drink allowed in my room. Loose socket at side of bed.

Good value for money for a short stay.
Pros:

Was lovely clean place rooms all been refurbished. Breakfast room very welcoming. Staff friendly helpful.

Cons:

Our double room a bit small but had a sea view so only there one night so ok .could of done with a shelf in the bathroom.

Pros:

The man behind the counter was very friendly. He was from Malta and I had a good conversation with him because I've been thinking about going there on holiday.
The room was clean and tidy and I enjoyed a hot shower at night and in the mornings and enjoyed watching the the football on the TV for the world cup.

Cons:

When you consider how much I paid I can't really have any complaints

Lovely stay at the trevone
Pros:

The owners are so lovely, this is our second time staying and will be staying again in the future, clean and comfortable we stayed on the lower level and it’s was unbelievably cool during the heat wave which was perfect!! Great value for money. And location is amazing!
