The breakfast was delicious
The pool was freezing cold and filthy. The hot tub was in pieces.
The AC unit stunk. The window did not have a screen.
We know that the property is very old and it needs some updating and tax
When we booked it on booking .com I phoned you front desk and I asked if swimming pool was working and they told me that everything was working perfectly pool sauna and hot tub well we booked 3 rooms a suite , a single room,and a double queen bed room and we have 4 kids that was travelling with us and we wanted to make sure that the pool was operating if you told us that the pool was no operational we would gone somewhere else but they told us that the pool was working and the hot tube and nothing was working we where very disappointed and upset and we paid a very full price it was very disappointing we all where upset when they told us that the pool was not running properly it was ice cold the hot tube was not working and the sauna our 3 rooms never got cleaned no new towels we had to phone front desk for clean ones garbage was never pickup for the time we stayed there and we left the paper on the door for the room needs some cleaning and never got done all 3 rooms we would like some refund back on all 3 rooms if they would told us that the pool was not working properly we would gone somewhere else for that price per room
Restaurant was wonderful. The renovation was nice, and the service was wonderful. All the staff were great.
Air conditioning unit in the room worked well, and was clean.
There was no power in half of our room. We had to re-arrange the room to get a bed close to power outlet for c-pap machine. No instructions or TV guides for the tv, or other electronics in the room.
There was a big gap under the door, where we had to put a towel to keep light out from hallway.
The door did not lock. ( Old school chain lock, but no door lock)
The carpet was dirty, mattress cover torn, and dusty in the room.
The pool was not labelled to where it was. Needed to ask the security guard to show us where. Once found, half the amenities listed on the website were removed or out of order. ( no sauna, hot tub empty, and pool not heated/ice cold)
Was awkward needing to use our room key to open doors of elevator, move the elevator between floors, or open any door in the hotel.

Great location, antique interior, and amazing staff! Breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable.
The outlet in the bathroom wasn't working which was unfortunate, and some of the furniture in the room was a bit beat up / dirty.
It would have been good to allow substitutions for the breakfast to the same value as the included breakfast/
"Tired" hotel in need of a re-do

The soap, had an allergic reaction, will bring my own next time, had a hard time turning on shower, it was hard to pull, and couldn't get a tv guide
Didn't like the tweakers in parking lot, but good to see security. It would be nice if they didn't hang out in over pass
We booked a jacuzzi room - when we got to our room it was dirty, old, stinky (not renovated like pictures) and no jacuzzi. We thought they had made a mistake so we went to ask the front desk and then they said - oh, all the jacuzzi suites are under reno. Which is odd, since they have photos of renovated jacuzzi suites online when I booked it... they said they gave us the equivalent suite. We asked to be downgraded to a standard, cleaner room - but they told us they would downgrade us but still charge the same. We would have left if we were not so busy for work. There was a mouse in the room, tons of stains all over the furniture, carpets, and bed, caked on dust on the ceiling fan, mold in the shower, paint peeling off the doors, etc. Absolute nightmare. Nothing was offered to fix this either, no voucher for restaurant or anything at all. No apology either - just take it - or leave. And unfortunately due to schedule, leaving was not an option. What an absolute scam. Also, the parking lot is full of shady people hanging around all hours smoking, doing drugs, and harassing you.
Very racist security guard to the indigenous culture also told guest to shut up for no reason very disrespectful to all the staff especially that one bigger guy with the black hair that’s balding he’s very rude as well
The other guests were cool to talk too.
