Pros:

The staff were friendly, and accommodating. Even the security guard who we asked how we could check in at midnight. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a stop over for a connecting flight.

Cons:

Signage on how to check in after hours. We were tired and we had to ask the security guard at the gaming lounge how we check in.

Comfortable and great value
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable and quiet, the staff were helpful and friendly, and it was very convenient having the bistro downstairs where we enjoyed an excellent meal. The additional touches such as the complimentary breakfast packs, free drinks, and discount in the bistro were very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

The staff were super helpful. The room was renovated, very spacious, nice beds. Good food at on site restaurant

Cons:

Didnt realise hotel room was above an actual bar and gambling room. My fault. Didn't like the pokie room. Made me feel sad. Went through it cause it was raining but then avoided it. Had direct lift out to front street which was good
