Modern and clean hotel, would stay again!
Pros:

Fantastic location, right in front of a train station entrance so easy to get places. Good resturant options around and plently to do nearby. Good area and lots of nightlife, felt very safe walking alone at night as a woman. Hotel is very clean and upkept and staff made up beds everyday while we were out. View from the room at night is awesome.

Comfortable Stay, A bit Walking Distance from Train Station, Near Lots of Eateries
Pros:

Chose this hotel as I want to explore more hotels in Seoul. The walk from train station is around 5 mins, comfortable walk. There's a 7-11 at the ground floor which is so convenient, lots of nice eateries to be discovered. Transport via bus and train to other parts are very convenient.

Rooms is less spacious than other 5 star hotel, very popular among business travellers.

Near subway station Seodaemun. Quieter area but still with convenience stores and eateries nearby.
Pros:

Good location. Two exits of the subway station are just below the hotel. Airport bus stops at the hotel also.
Not walking distance to tourist areas like Myeongdong but accessible via subway. Advantage is that it is therefore quieter and there are interesting neighbourhood eateries nearby. Walking distance to Deoksugung, Seoul Museum of Art.

Cons:

Mostly ok. Minor point- shower pressure was light.
Staff were not so friendly except for two- one who showed us the airport bus bus-stop and another who came personally to clear our trash when I requested for it. - Thank you-
