Burn it down
Pros:

Not much. It is nice to have a pretty well stocked market downstairs, but that comes with many negatives.

Cons:

Road in front has not been improved since my first visit in 2009. Tricycles and scooters obstruct the entrance. GRAB car drivers have difficulty parking to load. Aircon compressor makes a lot of noise. Foolish cabinet impairs operation of mini-fridge. Need to get on floor to use vault. ONE TINY elevator. Small mediocre breakfast. Only TV content is YouTube.Too expensive for what we get.

Everything 😂😂. The room was BIG and Very Clean. Kettle in room for Coffee ☕. Big Widescreen TV. My BEAUTIFUL ❤️ FILOPINO 💓 FIANCEE 💓 LOVES 💕 TAGALOG HORROR MOVIES 🍿🎥 WE Watch Together 😁💓🙏. 2 Shops downstairs in 🏨 and a small Gym Upstairs. The BREAKFAST 🥞 is BETTER than Most other Hotels . We are coming back again. For a Longer Stay soon. Before WE get MARRIED in SAMAR TACLOBAN 🙏🙏

Pros:

The a/c is reliable and cold. Room and bathroom are simple and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Having the hot water heater is nice for am coffee.

Cons:

My only slight negatives are sometimes there is low water pressure when taking showers, wi-fi lags and you can clearly hear guests when passing through the hallway.

Great stay. I will highly recommend.
Pros:

The People in reception were very helpful. Access to the hotel was very easy. Clean Hotel. Facilities were great.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. And the people who were managing the breakfast could be more friendly and understand the language and sentiments of guests from other countries.
