Ils ne sont pas corrects, les règles d'hygiène sont très discutables ( une femme de ménage à nettoyer le sol, posé la serpillière sur son chariot et à pris les serviettes pour les poser sans aucune transition ou nettoyage de main entre les 2 opérations.
J'ai payé pour une grande chambre, le lendemain à mon réveil je suis malade ( rhinite allergique...) je me rends compte qu'ils m'ont mis dans une chambre fumeur, je leur en parle ils me mettent dans une petite chambre pour tout mon séjour sans me restituer la différence. Mes messages de relance sont restés sans réponse.
La ubicación es ideal. Fácil de recorrer la ciudad. Hotel cómodo limpio, buena cama y buena ducha. Lo mejor es el desayuno! Muy variado

Faltan ascensores y placard. El personal no habla inglés ni siquiera el gerente ni recepción . La comida solo para paladar chino y cierra el restaurante muy temprano

. The location was very good if you are there for the Yiwu market.
Although the location was perfect for our purpose and the room was nice and big, the room smelled of smoke. We requested a non-smoking room but there were ashtrays in the room and definitely used as a smoking room. Some days the glasses we used was never washed and although we requested a change of sheets it was never done. The room has a very nice bath but the water temperature was regulated and not hot enough to use the bath. if you arrive after 8:30 for breakfast some items are finished and never refilled. we had to ask for our coffee everyday as it was never refilled when cleaning the room
