Прекрасный отель! Несмотря на то, что ресепшен работает только до 23:00, нас встретили в аэропорту в 00:00 ночи и без проблем заселили. Это было очень приятно и показало высокий уровень сервиса и заботы о гостях.
Номер был чистым, уютным и комфортным, всё соответствовало ожиданиям. Отдельно хочется отметить бесплатный трансфер: нас не только встретили поздно ночью, но и утром вовремя отвезли обратно в аэропорт.
Огромное спасибо всему персоналу за тёплый приём, внимание и отличную организацию. С удовольствием рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ценит комфорт, гостеприимство и качественный сервис!

La chambre est fonctionnel mais propre. L’emplacement est parfait pour l’aéroport de Charleroi, le parking gratuit 3 jours et la navette aller-retour gratuite. Et le sourire à l’accueil !

Lavabo pratiquement bouché laissant s'écouler l'eau très lentement (chambre n°4).
Cloisons assez fines laissant un peu passer le bruit.

Готель відповідає заявленим сервісам . Безкоштовний трансфер , нас зустріли в аеропорту по прильоту та відвезли вранці на рейс . В номері є базовий набір для ночівлі , чисто , зручне ліжко , питна вода . На поверсі є можливість приготувати чай, каву за символічну плату .
