Hotellet er beliggende i meget smuk natur, hvilket giver mulighed vandre/gå ture. Personalet er yderst. imødekommende. Morgenmaden var meget delikat, med lækre hjemmebagte brød og andre hjemmelavede produkter. Aftenmenuen var ligeledes af høj standard og som morgenmaden lavet af hovedsageligt økologiske råvarer. Kan kun anbefale et ophold på Skarrildhus
