Le personnel sur place ne fait pas son travail correctement. la femme de ménage a ouvert la porte de notre chambre sans même frapper, alors que nous étions encore à l’intérieur et sur le point de prendre notre douche. Elle est entrée normalement en disant qu’elle venait faire la chambre. Pourtant, le départ est prévu à midi, et elle est passée dès 11 h. J’ai été très surpris par ce manque de respect de notre intimité et de professionnalisme En plus de tout cela ils m’ont laissé porter les bagages seul avec mes petits. Le personnel chargé de ce service me regardait tout en discutant entre eux sans même proposer leur aide. Franchement ce manque d’attention et de professionnalisme est inacceptable surtout au vu du prix payé pour la nuit c’est vraiment inadmissible. J’ai été très dégoûté par cette expérience

Un séjour exceptionnel ! Cet hôtel 5 étoiles en bord de mer est un véritable havre de paix. La chambre était spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. La piscine est superbe, parfaitement entretenue et idéale pour se détendre.

Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours attentif au moindre besoin. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec un large choix de produits de qualité.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui recherchent le luxe, le calme et un service irréprochable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Piscine spacieuse et bien surveiller par le maître nageur, la chambre est bien équipée. Le personnel est TOP.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner riche mais pas au même niveau que les autres hôtels 5 étoiles, la TV et super petite et la porte n'est pas acoustique, on entend tout ce qui se passe au couloir.
