great location but the water wasn’t was warm and we would’ve liked it to be

it’s very close to the tram and the metro, there are a lot of restaurants, shops and cafés in the area, and it was clean

Cons:

the shower lacked pressure and was a bit cold at times, and it can get a bit noisy at night

Pidimme kaikesta. Sijainti oli hyvä, huoneisto oli todella siisti. Henkilökunta todella ystävällisiä. Sängyt oli hyvät. Ilmastointi toimi.Sai nukuttua hyvin vaikka kadunpuoleinen huoneisto. Ilmaisia kapselikahveja ja vesipullo tarjolla. Atianpesukone oli plussaa. Satavarmasti palaamme takaisin tänne. Ihan huippu.
Matkassa mukana 2 aikuista ja 8v. ja 15v. Hienosti mahduimme Standart Studioon.

Cons:

Ainoa mitä hieman jäimme kaipaamaan oli mikroaaltouuni, mutta ilman sitäkin tulimme hyvin toimeen.

This was the Penthouse apartment.
I stayed another one night in a 3 bedroom apartment at the 3rd floor. It was bad. See next review.

Nothing for the penthouse apartment.

Cons:

Very small 3 bedroom apartment for very close value to the penthouse apartment which was great. The 3 bedroom was very small. The rooms were cramped together and open to each other. Only one ac which was in what was supposed to be a living room which was converted to a bedroom. Only one bathroom. I stayed the previous 4 days in the penthouse apartment which was great and not that more expensive than this one. Unfortunately the penthouse was booked for my fifth day. I regret even staying in Berlin for this fifth day because of this apartment.
I love the penthouse apartment, but if it is not available I would never stay in this bad cramped together which called 3 bedroom apartment.
This apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment thus:
- add 2 more acs
- convert back the living room.

Excellent location, lovely apartment and very good value for money.
Pros:

A very spacious studio apartment, ( though the kitchen was actually separate) with interesting modern decoration (by a tape artist). Kitchen was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean, good storage and bright and airy. Location was excellent, both for transport links to stations and other parts of town and for exploring parts of the city centre on foot ( Hackescher Hofe, Alexanderplatz, cycle routes). Supermarkets, bakeries and places to eat all within a few metres. We found it excellent value for money for a city centre location.

Cons:

Nothing really. However, as it is on a busy tram route it is noisy at night-time, particularly with any windows open, but we were expecting that from the description and other reviews, and it did not disturb our sleep, so it was not a problem for us but might be for light sleepers.

Hotel is good and recomended
Pros:

01 Apartment was very nice and clean Also the staf very good and helpful.
02 Hotel place in center of city which is very good and you can find all fasilites ,shops cofee..etc.. around it.
03 it is recomended.

Cons:

01 Sound isolation is not good and you can hear the sound coming from street transportation and street Tram.
02 check in a lettele bit complacated it is recommended to make it before arrived.
03 Hotel did not provide car parking for vistors ,parking around hotel from 9-24 Uhr with 4 Euro /hour .
04 Security deposite 100-300 Euro is not mentioned on website and they will inform you after the booking.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was comfortable, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the location was excellent and very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it.
