Lovely Penthouse in Berlin
Pros:

It is a lovely spacious penthouse for 10 people very well located between Mitte and Prenslauer Berg. Ideal to stay for a bigger family for a visit to Berlin. Lot's of activities are within walking distance. Go for it.

Perfect location, clean/comfortable building and flat, great communicative staff - 10/10 value for $
Pros:

The flat was as laid out as expected - with cleanliness and comfort exceeding expectations.
Location is perfect - great place right in the middle of Berlin's Mitte, with train station, convenient stores, fashion stores and bars/restaurants/cafes all walkable.
We actually also walked to many of Berlin's central attractions.

Cons:

Some nights had rowdy crowds from the bars across the street until very late at night - not the place's fault but worth noting. On the other hand, the small balcony that faces the same street is a gem for having a cup of coffee in in the morning.
Note - and we knew this in advance so again - NOT an issue, one of the bedroom in our flat (25) was only accessible through one of the other bedrooms.
Lastly - bathtub/shower, which was great, could use a railing for elderly people to more easily and safely enter/exit as it is quite deep.

Top Unterkunft, beste Lage, um Berlin zu erkunden! Unkompliziertes Handling für Check-in, sehr freundliche Dame, die unser Gepäck auch schon vor dem Check-in entgegen genommen hat. Wir sind rundum zufrieden, können die sehr grosszügige und saubere Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Понравилось все кроме душа. Очень понравилось, что в апартах есть батареи и они работают, тк мы приехали в холодную погоду. Очень предусмотрительно лежали тапочки в шкафу. В целом все очень чисто и аккуратно. Есть вся необходимая посуда, кофемашина, тостер, чайник. Очень всем рекомендуем останавливаться в этих чудесных апартаментах. Один нюанс - достаточно хорошая слышимость, не с улицы, а между этажами. В целом ночью было тихо.

Si querés estar en Mitte y con una muy buena conectividad, recomendable 100%
Pros:

La habitación fue muy cómoda, con el equipamiento justo si deseas quedarte a comer
El segundo piso a la calle, ya sabía que sería algo ruidoso, pero Berlín es así y estar en Mitte, tiene su precio.
La ubicación es excelente, a metros de una linea de Metro que nos conectaba con todo.
El lugar es vibrante y tiene que ver con la ciudad.
La atención y ocupación de Anita fue fundamental para que todo está perfecto. Nos atendió son mucho gusto ante todas las consultas y dudas que se nos presetnaron.
