The roof restaurant was beautiful

Cons:

I booked the airport pick up arranged by the hotel even though i knew it was triple the price just to ensure i had car seats for my children but unfortunately they forgot to inform the taxi driver about the car seats.

L'emplacement et l'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

La 2eme chambre n etait pas réservée et le transfert non prévu. Nous avons du aller chercher mon frère et sa femme a l aéroport et insister pour qu ils puissent avoir une chambre.

Pros:

Расположение супер, до всего можно пешком дойти, рядом полно ресторанов, кафе и достопримечательностей города. Удобные номера, есть с балконом и с видом на Арарат, большие кровати.
По ночам не слишком тихо, так как это центр города, но шумоизоляция окон хорошая и город почти не слышно.

Cons:

Завтрак неплохой, наверное не за ту цену, за которую его предлагают, но в целом есть выбор на шведском столе и большинство съедобное)
Из неприятного: мы покупали позднее выселение из номеров и сотрудники на ресепшн не обновили нам карты, по которым можно войти в номер. В итоге пришлось возвращаться со своего этажа обратно в холл, так как мы не могли попасть к себе в номер, карты не работали

A comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Our room was very spacious and well appointed. The roof top terrace was attractive and breakfast was very good. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was a little dull with no art on the walls. We were sad that there were few Armenian options on the menu which is very international.
