A comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Our room was very spacious and well appointed. The roof top terrace was attractive and breakfast was very good. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was a little dull with no art on the walls. We were sad that there were few Armenian options on the menu which is very international.

Excellent staff and clean, comfortable room!
Pros:

The staff were excellent. They communicated very well in English and the WhatsApp communication was convenient. They responded quickly to all my enquiries and requests. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Main shower head in my room was broken.

Pros:

Завтрак в этом отеле очень нахванивали, но на мой взгляд, Завтрак среднестатистический, а для отеля в 4 звезды хуже быть и не должно

Cons:

На отель один лифт, ждать порой приходится довольно долго
Но в целом впечатления самые положительные, поскольку в этой стране живут самые лучшие люди на свете!

Nice hotel woth a good location.
Pros:

Very good location, just a few min from the main square. A lot of cafe, restaurants, and shops around. Grocery and money excbange on the opposite side of the roade.
Rooms are big, beds are cery comfortable, nice stuff, there is gym, its quiete small byt there is everything in it.
Good breakfast, there was not so much variety of dishes, but everything was very tasty.
We had twin room for 1 adult and one kid, We didn't ask for an extra bed, but the hotel put one in, which was very nice.

Cons:

There are hortible traffics every day, so if you need to go somewhere from the city center it will takes time.
In the hotel you can pay only by local currency or card, € and $ they do not accept.
Breakfast on a week day is till 10.30, we came at 10.10 and at 10.30 lady already started to clean everythijg around us , showing that we need yo go, despite that few tables were still accupated and my 7yo daughter asked for a glass of water and the lady refused to give it to her.
