DISSAPOINTING ‼️
Pros:

I didn’t have a positive experience at this property. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall service did not meet my standards. I didn’t find anything in particular that stood out in a positive way.

Cons:

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. I was traveling with my boyfriend and our kids, and we were placed on a smoking floor where the conditions were unacceptable. We saw a roach crawling across the bed, which immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness.

The bathroom sink had visible burn marks, as if cigarettes had been put out on it, and there were burn holes in the bedding. In the refrigerator, the ice compartment had what looked like blood stains, which should have been properly cleaned or addressed before giving the room to any guest.

While I understand it was a smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming—it was embedded in everything from the towels to the sheets.

On top of that, the front desk staff gave us a hard time during check-in because we booked through Booking.com and arrived earlier than expected. There was confusion that resulted in them attempting to charge us for two nights, and we were also charged an extra $23 due to miscommunication. We were told there would be a $40 hold on our card that would be returned, but we never received it back.

Overall, nothing about this stay was pleasant, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Pros:

It was very quiet.

Cons:

It was ghetto. The security chain l8ck had been payed off and bent in half and put back on the frame with a screw and a bolt.
The bed cover had a burn hole in the center. The windows was very unsafe it has only one lock that is barely hanging on.
