Minor issues but a great stay.
Pros:

Wonderful overnight stay. Courteous and knowledgeable front desk clerks. Room keys had memory issues and overpriced snacks are sold on-site, but that's expected for an industry standard. Would stay again.

Comfort, fun staff and clean lovely rooms!
Pros:

Our breakfast meals were made by Miss Patty, she was incredible! The food was hot and flavorful! The front desk receptionist, Daysie, was courteous, efficient, cheerful, and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job! Mercedes, the housekeeping, supervisor, assisted us with a few needs. Everyone did a fantastic job!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredible, room was very nice and clean and the amenities were nice as well.

Perfect shuttle
Pros:

Our shuttle service by Mo was wonderful! Besides being friendly and polite he efficiently got us to the airport in time.
We come back because of him!!

Great staff and comfortable room.
Pros:

Location was close to the airport which was great!

Cons:

View off dumpsters out the windows on the backside. Need to put a roof over it. No conditioner or body lotion in the room.

Absolutely will return here when I need to be near the airport.
Pros:

It was great value and everything was beyond my expectations: friendly staff, nice fresh decor. Excellent beds and rooms. Very quiet.

Cons:

It’s right across from the airport which is why I chose it because of an early flight, so it was convenient, but it’s not a beautiful area.

Ban little kids hockey teams and their parents.

Location, price.

Cons:

There were little kids hockey teams staying there. The parents were the rudest pricks and the kids were the most obnoxious there coul ever be. They were rude to the staff, noisy, jumping on the furniture in the lobby and generally being spoiled entitled brats. The parents and coaches did absolutely nothing to get and keep them under control. A letter from the hotel to their league would be in order as well as an absolute ban for any future stays in the facility or any other hotel in the Buffalo area would be appropriate.

The room was not vacuumed. The shower glass was not clean. The room was not cleaned during my stay.
