Definitely not one of the worst places I've been, but some key elements need to be fixed.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and efficient considering the late arrival time.

Cons:

No soundproofing whatsoever, we could hear everything going on in the corridor, as well as the next room over. There was mold in the bathroom (please replace the caulk). The lighting doesn't really work with the open concept of the room, where light from the bathroom bleeds into the bedroom because of the connecting window.

Our stay
Pros:

Location. The building looks good from outside.

Cons:

The receptionist was not very polite. The first floor room location was horrible. The view from the window was towards the grange area and parking. The carpets in the room are stained.

Mal servicio
Cons:

Great location near airport; Staff not the best
Pros:

Liked the overall layout and the room was efficient, clean and perfect for what we wanted. Bartender was very nice and accommodating

Cons:

Staff at check in wasn't very pleasant; floors in main lobby/sitting area needed vacuuming and a guy was doing so (and did a poor job of it) with a cheap, noisy little vacuum. Could hear lots of noise from other people in our room.

A great rest was welcomed after 10-days of sailing and sightseeing.
Pros:

Perfect location and amenities for what I needed. Clean, comfortable, and a very friendly staff.

Cons:

Amenities, should be improved because there is nothing within walking distance (other than McD’s) - a Happy Hour or SOMETHING would make a great difference in a guest’s stay.

We will be returning for sure!
Pros:

It was inviting, staff at the front desk greeted us right away, and gave us valuable information about the property. The place itself is very clean modern and exactly what we were looking for . My husband said the gym was great and the pool looked inviting although we didn’t use if

Cons:

Nothing. It was exactly what we expected.

Quick but enjoyable.
Pros:

Gym and pool was clean and room was spacious.

Cons:

Smell of hallway and cleanliness of rooms. Restroom had something dripping down the door and poor lighting. Poor lighting helps hide stains.

Great, cozy, and convenient
Pros:

Clean hotel, well kept, friendly staff, awesome gym and great indoor pool! The rooms were comfortable and checkin and check out was easy. No hassle.

Cons:

There wasn't much to complain about. It had everything we needed and more. We just needed to stay one night for our flight in the AM back home.

Pros:

They accepted my booking not telling us they were overbooked. Refused refund when it was not even our fault.

Great stay, thank you!
Pros:

I stayed here for a couple of nights on business after checking in to another hotel close by that was horrible. After 10 minutes at the other hotel, I booked Aloft instead and was so relieved when I saw how clean and comfortable to entire place was. That is not even the best of it... The front desk staff, specifically Keey, were amazing -super friendly and helpful (give her a raise!), even while dealing with a difficult guest. If you are staying near the Buffalo Airport, definitely stay here!
