Quick but enjoyable.
Pros:

Gym and pool was clean and room was spacious.

Cons:

Smell of hallway and cleanliness of rooms. Restroom had something dripping down the door and poor lighting. Poor lighting helps hide stains.

Great, cozy, and convenient
Pros:

Clean hotel, well kept, friendly staff, awesome gym and great indoor pool! The rooms were comfortable and checkin and check out was easy. No hassle.

Cons:

There wasn't much to complain about. It had everything we needed and more. We just needed to stay one night for our flight in the AM back home.

Very comfortable stay!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our flight out of Buffalo. They were kind and helpful. Exceptional shuttle service for when we dropped off our rental and getting us to the airport in the morning.

Great stay, thank you!
Pros:

I stayed here for a couple of nights on business after checking in to another hotel close by that was horrible. After 10 minutes at the other hotel, I booked Aloft instead and was so relieved when I saw how clean and comfortable to entire place was. That is not even the best of it... The front desk staff, specifically Keey, were amazing -super friendly and helpful (give her a raise!), even while dealing with a difficult guest. If you are staying near the Buffalo Airport, definitely stay here!

Wonderful Experience!
Pros:

Great location right by the airport. Beautiful hotel- the lobby, rooms, and pool were well- maintained and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful- very invested in staff satisfaction. Loved it and will definitely seek out their other properties for future trips!

Super clean, quiet and friendly staff
Pros:

This hotel was extremely clean and the girls at the desk were very pleasant and super friendly! Keeyana was amazing! We were surprised with how quiet it was being so close to the airport. We maybe faintly heard one plane the entire weekend. My in-laws had a handicap room as my father-in-law has a walker. Their room was very spacious and he had zero issues getting around the furniture. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Minor issues but a great stay.
Pros:

Wonderful overnight stay. Courteous and knowledgeable front desk clerks. Room keys had memory issues and overpriced snacks are sold on-site, but that's expected for an industry standard. Would stay again.
