Ottimo residence
Pros:

Mi e' piaciuto tutto.
Residence molto pulito,cucina attrezzata,apprezzato anche il cambio asciugamani a meta' soggiorno.
Mi ha colpita positivamente l'angolo delle erbe aromatiche,puo' sembrare una sciocchezza ma denota una cura al minimo particolare.
Ottima la vicinanza al mare.
La zona piscina / bar con vista sulla spiaggia di Reale e' il fiore all'occhiello della struttura.
La piscina e l'area gioco con biliardino e tavolo da ping pong ,sono a breve distanza ma separati dalla zona appartamenti, in maniera da non arrecare disturbo.
Ottima insonorizzazione delle camere

Cons:

Come miglioria per gli appartamenti al 1p,trovandosi in zona di passaggio, aggiungerei una tenda all'ingresso della zona giorno

Pros:

Das Ferien-Appartement mit Meerblick und kleinem Balkon am Schlafzimmer, einer kleinen Küche mit Esstisch und TV und dem Duschbad war sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. An Türen und Fenster gibt es Läden zur Verschattung. Ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon sorgt für ein gemütliches Plätzchen mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool (sowie ein kleineres Kinderbecken) ist groß und die Wasserqualität wird täglich kontrolliert. Es gibt immer eine Liege im Schatten :) Eine Touri-Info und eine kleine Bar versorgt die Gäste mit Informationen, Buchungen sowie auch hervorragendem Kaffee, Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück oder Zwischendurch, Eis und kühlen Drinks. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause :)

Cons:

Die Matratze war für unser Gefühl etwas zu sehr federnd. Aber da ist ja jeder anders.

Una bellissima location per una bella vacanza sull’isola d’Elba

E’ stata per noi la prima esperienza in questa struttura che abbiamo molto apprezzato per tanti motivi. La posizione che domina sul mare con una vista panoramica anche dal balcone della nostra stanza. Il personale sempre gentile e premuroso. La stanza molto grande e dotata di ogni comfort. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Mariza che ogni mattina ci accoglieva con il suo sorriso e con mille consigli utili per conoscere al meglio l’isola.

Pros:

La struttura è unica! Ha tutto a disposizione… per non parlare della vista… mozzafiato… alzarti alla mattina , fare colazione al bar….ti alzi con uno spirito diverso e zero stress. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo… il personale super accogliente e sorridente sempre! . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Due giorni davvero piacevoli! Struttura pulita, camera confortevole e personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La vera chicca è il panorama spettacolare che accompagna la colazione: un risveglio che vale il soggiorno. Tornerò volentieri!
