Pros:

The room was comfortable, affordable, and in an excellent location. I had a short stay but was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The room was not only cozy and affordable, but it also boasted a prime location. During my short stay, I appreciated how easy it was to walk to all the attractions and places I needed to visit.

Cons:

The room only had bright overhead lighting; a secondary lamp or dimmable lighting would have enhanced my experience.

Stay somewhere else if you are in Astoria.
Pros:

Great Location.

Cons:

Beds and linens were horrible. Noisy paper thin walls and windows. Staff was off site most of the time.
Drunks screaming on the sidewalk below until 4am. This is a no sleep hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay, just wish it had been longer!
Pros:

Loved the vibes and the coffee/tea bar.

Cons:

Parking was the only downside and garbage trucks in the morning. Otherwise loved it!

Great location and nice place to stay with my small dog
Pros:

I only wished I was able to stay longe in the morning when The Strand restaurant opened at 8am. But I swung back later to use my free coffee card and bought some nice soup in the afternoon

A great boutique hotel with personality right in the heart of Astoria!
Pros:

Atmosphere, location, reasonable rates, friendly staff.

On Sunday morning there wasn't enough clean cups at the coffee station.

Great location
Pros:

Great location. Good decor keeping heritage features. Nice check in and lobby area.

Cons:

Very noisy from other patrons but it was a Saturday night. Could hear all comings and goings and people in hallway entering codes to enter their rooms.

Friendly staff, cute hotel, but paper thin walls & floors made it hard to get the rest I came for
Pros:

The hotel is stylishly, yet simply renovated and in a great, central location.

Cons:

Walls and floors are paper-thin. I could hear my neighbor's every word and the floor creaking with every step at odd hours of the night. This made it impossible to get a good-night's sleep.
