Good location
Uncomfortable bed, thin, cheap towels, no drawers to unpack into, TV had no capacity for casting from phone or Netflix option, and didn't work properly so we were reluctant to pay for movies we wouldn't be able to watch.
Staff gave no info at check in and had to keep asking for info re: breakfast, check out etc.
No one cared to ask if we'd enjoyed our stay as we left.
Overall, really disappointing and we wouldn't stay here again.
Close to city. Looked cool from the outside.
Barely a window. Room was a bit dated. Especially the bathroom. Not suitable for a romantic weekend away. Staff at desk not that helpful. Had to request towels at least 2/3 days of our stay as they didn’t provide enough. Bathroom had nowhere to put your stuff. Water went everywhere and was slippery. Walls looked rotting. The bar was closed when we were there which was the selling point in the photos.

Nice hotel very close to the main shopping strip and many great restaurants. The room is equipped with all the usual things that you would expect from a hotel. Breakfast was included in the prices which was great and you could also get a barista made coffee and order eggs how you like them. The food in the restaurant downstairs was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the panna Cota, probably the best we have ever had. Great value for money too. The mini bare in the room comes with a nice selection of free items as well as your usual tea and coffee making supplies. There are complimentary umbrellas in the lobby for guest use which is nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly for all of our interactions.
The bed was very squishy when you sit on it. Not as bad once you lie down but much softer than we are used to. The lighting in the bathroom is insufficient for putting on makeup and the bench has very limited storage for your items.

Kids loved the huge bathroom and beds.
Could do with a dust and clean under the beds our youngest kept pulling bits of rubbish out from under them.
Location, nicely furnished rooms.
The room was not clean. Lots of dust, popcorn on floor. Previous guest had left her earrings on the bedside cabinet that had not been picked up by the cleaner - had the room been cleaned.
The day of check out or key card stopped working and concierge had to come up to the room with us to let us back in.

The was no toothpaste in the bathroom and the battery had gone flat on the door we had to go back downstairs twice due to the card not working at the end of the night which killed the mood after getting in the mood going up the lift only to find the door won’t open after we went back downstairs twice a staff member had to come back upstairs with us to use the computer to open the door.

Hot water was a little irregular
Beautiful property right across Rundle Mall in the heart of town. Walking distance to everywhere. Rooms were well appointed and spacious.
