Well, My stay at Mercure Jakarta was a memorable one. While I had a few comments regarding the room and one interaction at the front desk, what truly stood out was the exceptional way the hotel management handled everything.
A special thank you to Mr. Kevin, the Duty Manager, who completely owned the situation with professionalism, sincerity, and genuine care. He took the time to speak with me personally, listen to my concerns, and ensure that every issue was addressed. In my opinion, he is a tremendous asset to any hotel property he manages.
Apart from one exception, the entire front desk team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They acted quickly on my feedback and made noticeable improvements. What impressed me even more was their willingness to help with something that was completely outside their normal scope when I urgently needed batteries during a meeting.
That level of service, care, and commitment to guest satisfaction is what makes a difference. Thank you once again to Mr. Kevin and the entire team for turning my experience into a positive one and for putting a genuine smile on my face. You truly made my day.

Algeheel goed. Bereikbaarheid met de MRT is minder.
Pros:

De rust. In de avond was het stil in het hotel. Af en toe hoorde je de trein voorbij komen.

Cons:

De sky bar bij het zwembad was niet gezellig. Geen ventilator om buiten te kunnen zitten. En niet duidelijk aangegeven waar je naar toe moet als je de lift uitstapt.

Pros:

Room was good, cozy and comfortable, water facilities available on every floor.

Cons:

Washroom mixture was not working properly, and less options in breakfast menu as compared to your hotel Mercure Bali Legian, Denpasar. and one most important thing is that you need to add vegetarian options as well in your menu for Vegan Peoples.

The service was exceptional from the front office , F&B and housekeeping. Everyone was very accomodating and so helpful.

Cleanliness and polite and supportive staff. We especially appreciate the sincere efforts they have taken to arrange the to go breakfast boxes at 5 am as we were leaving early morning. Also the cab service they could offer very quick to drop us for specific destination. Many thanks mercure cikini team

Parking time buffer should be increased to 15 min actually people after long hrs if travel will find difficult to get out of the cab and genuinely need time

Indirectly saved my life and a whole world of hurt by making sure I was well taken care of.
Pros:

First off, 5/5 stars for Mercure Cikini. I had a medical emergency during my stay. Woke up with intense abdominal pain. I quickly packed up and approached the front desk. Staff Febri assisted me with a rapid response by getting me a taxi to get to the hospital immediately. Staff Kevin followed up as well which was great. I was sent to the Primaya PGI hospital which is just a 5 minute drive away. Communication between the staff was very smooth as I was primarily speaking to the staff in a mix of Bahasa Malaysia and English. We suspected it was appendicitis, but turns out it was kidney stones.

I'm very appreciative of the Mercure staff as they have been very helpful, kind, polite, and amazing in general. Let's also not forget that the food at the hotel is pretty amazing. I travel 8-10 times a year and this is the actually the only hotel with the best food that I actually miss the breakfast when I was warded in the hospital.

Will definitely come back again when I plan to go over to Jakarta.
