Bathroom needed a few hooks for towels and it took a very long time for water to get hot

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, like being at a resort ,maybe better . We were given early check in that was very helpful.

Cons:

Parking was bad because of a event meeting there but freed up after. Maybe consider hotel parking have a pass to attach to the mirror to keep others from using. It worked out though, busy area but fun area no complaints

Absolutely everything! Staying at Embassy Suites made our Saratoga Springs stay even better than expected, and expectations were already pretty high.

Disappointed in this Embassy Suites.
Pros:

Restaurant for reception and dinner AWFUL. SERVICE and FOOD APALLING.

Cons:

Service slow and the server wasn't listening.
Snacks stale.
Apps for purchase - frozen foods
Breakfast the chefs were GREAT and food was tasty.

Amazingly friendly staff, beautiful room/suite, great value for money, close to everything
Pros:

Very good breakfast, amazing staff, friendly and forthcoming, and excellent value for money. We will visit Saratoga just to stay in the property.

Cons:

The only negative was the hallways going to the rooms weren't clean

Nearby the city center, across the street from CVS in case I needed last minute items. The free drink and breakfast was a nice touch.

Check out was not smooth. The lady had to ask for help on how to even print a receipt. Also for the price I would have expected more amenities like a hot tub and sauna room etc
