Hotel has a lot of potential but needs some changes.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, has a lot to offer, good breakfast.

Cons:

I didn’t like the night shift receptionist, charged me for a room no matter I paid before through Booking. He said he has no booking card to charge and after paying that he isn’t sure if room is clean.
Next day I came and wanted to book a room without booking, he said: “Yes the room where you were last night is free but the system doesn’t offer it, I can give you 25€ more expensive room that system offers, but I wouldn’t recommend you because it is too much for one person.” (145€) I would pay that because it is paid by company, but not with his comentar.
Breakfast location is a little bit too far.

Pros:

Luciana, so eine freundliche und sympathische Person. Allein für sie bzw um sie wieder sehen zu können, würden wir wieder bei Hotel Ad Turres buchen.

Cons:

Im Restaurant fehlte die Beschriftung gewisser Wurstsorten, da wir kein Schwein essen. Die Seifenspender waren auch alle defekt. Eine Rampe für unseren Kinderwagen wäre auch von Vorteil gewesen.

Izvrstan hotel s vrhunskom uslugom, ugodnom atmosferom i iskustvom koje ćemo rado ponoviti.
Pros:

Boravak u hotelu bio je izvanredan od početka do kraja. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći. Sobe su moderne, besprijekorno čiste i vrlo udobne. Doručak je bio raznolik i ukusan, a sadržaji hotela na visokoj razini. Lokacija je odlična i pruža savršen spoj odmora i praktičnosti. Svakako ćemo se vratiti.

Cons:

Iskreno, nemamo značajnijih zamjerki. Sve je bilo na vrlo visokoj razini i ispunilo je, pa čak i nadmašilo naša očekivanja.

Cons:

Uložiti značajan iznos novca u boravak u hotelu višeg ranga sa sobom nosi i određena očekivanja.
Jedan od najočitijih propusta odnosi se na organizaciju doručka i večere. Čekanje u redu za sok, i to samo jedan aparat, stvara nepotrebne gužve i frustracije. U vremenu kada su samoposlužni aparati za sokove standard, teško je shvatiti kako se veći hotel ne može prilagoditi broju gostiju i procijeniti situaciju. Još je poraznije kad na kraju reda dobijete razvodnjeni sok upitne kvalitete – nipošto iskustvo koje bi trebalo pratiti luksuznu cijenu noćenja. O kvaliteti namirnica i raznovrsnosti neću trošiti riječi kako ne bi ispalo kako samo kritiziram.
Ni prijava na recepciji nije prošla bez zadrške. Iako iza pulta su četiri osobe, a s gostima rade samo dvije – redovi se sporo pomiču. U pitanju nije samo organizacija, nego i poštovanje vremena gosta, što bi trebala biti osnova svake kvalitetne usluge. I da ne zaboravim, što je to s liftom i karticama? Kao da ulazim u američki Pentagon, a ne u lift.
