Pros:

- das Hotel war überall extrem sauber, großes Kompliment an das Housekeeping
- Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt
- Das Frühstück war sehr gut!
- Das Bett war sehr bequem.
- Tolle Pflegeprodukte im Badezimmer!!!
- Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.

Cons:

- das Personal war teilweise überhaupt nicht freundlich (besonders im Restaurant war die Dame die jeden Tag da war nicht besonders nett), die nette Rezeptionistin war hier eine angenehme Ausnahme
- das Abendessen war leider qualitativ und auch geschmacklich teilweise gar nicht gut, Speisen waren auch sehr oft nicht/falsch/oder nicht leserlich deklariert. Im Nachhinein betrachtet hätten wir ohne Abendessen buchen sollen.
- Die Couch in unserem Zimmer hatte die besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich und müsste dringend getauscht werden
- Die Parksituation ist katastrophal. Unser Auto musste kilometerweit weg geparkt werden. Dieser Parkplatz war mit einem Schranken gesichert und wir hatten nicht die Möglichkeit selbstständig unser Auto zu holen und den Schrank zu öffnen. Wir mussten uns bei der Rezeption melden, dann musste ein Fahrer kommen, der uns zum Auto bringt, und nur so konnten wir unser Auto holen. Und auch beim erneuten Abstellen des Autos mussten wir zuerst wieder zum Hotel fahren, dort sagen, dass wir wieder parken wollen, dann kam der Fahrer, der mit uns zum Parkplatz fuhr, und uns nach dem Abstellen unseres Autos wieder zurück zum Hotel brachte. Das ist mehr als unpraktisch und sehr kompliziert und hat uns in unserer Flexibilität knd Mobilität stark eingeschränkt. Und dafür wurden on top €15,-- pro Tag verlangt.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel, the staff is great and very helpful. The beach is just across the street, which is very convenient. But they also have great spa at the hotel.

Dobar hotel na dobroj lokaciji
Pros:

Lokacija hotela je dobra jer je na dva koraka od pješčane plaže.
Ugodnom boravku pridonijeli su konobari iz restorana i vrlo doba hrana u restoranu (pohvale kuhinji)!
Soba vrlo prostrana, vrlo ugodni kreveti, lijepa terasa s pogledom na more. Na terasi stalak za sušenje kupaćih i ručnika je dobrodošao. Tako i tenda koja se po potrebi otvori.
Bazen nismo koristili, ali izgledalo je uredno i s dovoljno ležaljki.
Parking obavezno rezervirajte unaprijed jer možda tako imate sreće da dobijete mjesto kod hotela. U suprotnom odvezu vas na drugu lokaciju gdje ostavite auto i vrate vas u hotel. Ako ste kratko u Crikvenici, auto vam neće ni trebati tokom boravka.

Cons:

Lokacija hotela ima i svoje mane, između hotela i plaže je cesta kojom voze automobili i motocikli neprimjerenom brzinom. Time se stvara i buka.
Soba nije bila potpuno čista, bilo je dosta praha kao da odavno nitko nije pobrisao. To je po nama minus koji si takav hotel ne bi smio dozvoliti.
Sobe imaju kafe aparat na kapsule (kojeg bi isto trebalo očistiti), ali kava je uz nadoplatu. To nas je malo neugodno iznenadilo, ali to je očito njihova politika poslovanja.
Ne bi bilo loše dobiti kopiju potrošenog u restoranu i caffe baru koji se piše na sobu. Pri naplati kod check out-a nisu navedeni svi artikli već ukupan iznos.

Pros:

Location. Great for morning walks or run, a long road mostly shade. Room was 201, suite premium, good size, two balconies, large with awning. I th k that was my favourite part. It was quiet mornings in the shade with a great view. Dinner was surprisingly very good, options of meat and fish. I chose meat each night and it was very good. If you want to eat out go to Sabbia, excellent food and nightlife. Pool was warm, clean. Husband had a massage and was very pleased.

Cons:

Very few things but I believe it’s because season just started. Amenities in the room, missing creamer for coffee, and pool bar not yet open. My one comment is the bed Frame in this room could be changed. The frame made the bed squeeky, and was a bit difficult to get to the closet.
