Amazing views from Lakeview Room!
Pros:

The view from our newly refurbished Lakeview Room was amazing! The room was a good size. The location is within walking distance of various restaurants and about 10mins from the station. There is a lift that takes you between street levels making wheeling suitcases relatively easy.

Confortable, agréable, moderne, bien placé.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la chambre spacieuse, la salle de bain et le design. Personnel chaleureux

Cons:

Dommage que le lobby ferme a 21:00.
Un peu trop chaud dans la chambre malgré les ventilateurs.

Pros:

Proximity to station. No AC but provided excellent fan. Good views of lake. Nice to have kettle.

Bit too warm to sit on balcony until evening.- cannot be helped!!

Bien à part l’accueil
Pros:

En plein centre de Montreux, bus, bateaux, restaurants
Chambres calme mais côté cour sans vue et un peu sombre
Le restaurant juste en bas était très bien et un accueil chaleureux

Cons:

L’accueil un peu bizarre j’ai demandé au monsieur à la réception quand je pouvais prendre possession de la chambre, réponse un peu sèche « à 15h comme dans tout les hôtels « 
( je voulais juste déposé des affaires lourde de mon sac à dos ) je suis allé demandé un sac ailleurs pour mettre mes affaires et retourner le déposer à la réception
Le lendemain dimanche, attente bien 10 à 15 minutes pour qu’il vienne pour le Check out, il m’avais vu mais continuait à ranger de la vaisselle
Enfin il est venu bonjour, je vous rapporte la clés et auriez vous un sac en papier ou plastique ( pour mettre le pique nique et autres achats ) ( je précise que nous étions en train )
La réponse de la personne de la réception, toujours la même personne, oui j’ai un sac poubelle mais il est propre…..
( heureusement)
Donc en résumé si j’étais un touriste étranger, j’aurais trouvé que l’accueil en Suisse et limite mal honnête
Il faut vraiment que en Suisse on soigne l’accueil

Étape à vélo sur la route des lacs.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé en face du lac avec une très belle vue. Fenêtres fermées c'est très calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte.

Cons:

Le rabattant des wc ne tient pas verticalement. Problème connu mais non résolu par l'hôtel..

Eine gemütliche Übernachtung in einer atemberaubenden Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt. Man konnte mit Sicht auf den See aufwachen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und generell machten alle einen guten Eindruck.

Cons:

Die Türe konnte man nur ein wenig schwer verschliessen - sie klemmte ein wenig.
