Pros:

It was very clean, very luxurious, doormen were awesome. We was given free complimentary drinks on arrival, workers were very polite, one worker even helped us with money when we accidentally had cash as our payment for our food delivery which we very much appreciated.
Over all our stay was comfortable & relaxing

Great quick stay, would reccomend for a couple nights in Ho Chi Minh
Pros:

Reception staff super accomodating for our quick booking after our flight was cancelled
Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was incredible

Cons:

Aircon didn’t super work, just loud and fanned on cold
Pillows were average

book cheapest room in this hotel.
Pros:

housekeeping staff was good.

Cons:

we booked the room with the bathtub for 5 days.
it leaks everywhere while draining, hotel staff didn't bother, we used towel to soak water and they charged us 200k vnd, because theere towels were dirty 🤣🤣

Pros:

We had a wonderful night. Staff was polite and professional. We would've loved 2 blankets but had to deal with one big one for 2 parents and a kid in between. Though I am sure that if we had time to ask for one, we would've gotten the wish fulfilled. Breakfast was over the top, I absoluetely recommend everybody to have it!
