The Staff was so friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay.
Pros:

The Hotel is very easy to get to from Narita Airport and its was actually located right next to Yukarigaoka Station. We loved the breakfast buffet. We all ate a variety of different foods. You can also buy food at Family Mart & 7-11 it’s open 24 hours. Bonus was the laundry room.

Cons:

Well at first we were put in a tiny bedroom when we first arrived. We really tried to make it work. The next day we asked if we could get a bigger room next to our family on the 9th floor and the men at the front desk were able to accommodate us. We were so happy and that room change really made our stay more memorable. Thank you so much.

Excellent choice of accommodation and convenient to Narita airport- especially for late /early flights as situated
Pros:

Right outside the station! Convenient to shops as shopping centre across the road and restaurants nearby. Staff extremely helpful.

Cons:

With 2 sharing the room, would have preferred a seat/stool to sit upon.

Perfect stat to our trip!
Pros:

This was a great hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed. The location is incredibly convenient to the station and it has amazing amenities on the door stop.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Im Zimmer war es dennoch sehr ruhig, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Personal war

Direkt am Bahnhof, sehr gute Verbindung zwischen Flughafen Narita und Tokio.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war verstaubt. Im Bad gab es ein bisschen Schimmel. Mann konnte das Fenster nicht offen. Stoßlüften nicht möglich.

駅ちかにあり凄くは便利。

Cons:

強いてあげれば、6階にある電子レンジですが、、
三個も、必要なく、むしろ一台はト-スタ-を備え付けて欲しいです。是非検討お願いします🙇
