The best experience of my life, on a Marriott property here in Singapore!
Javier Jane and executive lounge team was super amazing and I thoroughly enjoy sharing with the staff about my great stay.

Nice hotel, they have nice food, great breakfast food selection. Even though breakfast tends to be busy. Amazing amenities from the pool to the fitness area. They have nice cozy bar inside the hotel and one just next door to the hotel. Seamless checking in and out.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at JW‑Marriott Singapore South Beach.
The hotel enjoys an unbeatable central location connected directly to the MRT station. Major landmarks like Marina Bay and Merlion Park are within easy reach. Rooms are modern, spotless with soft bedding for a solid night’s sleep. The rooftop infinity‑pool offers breathtaking panoramic city views, perfect for sunset photos.
The executive lounge serves delicious snacks, desserts and varied drinks throughout the day. All staff members are polite, warm‑hearted and quick to respond to requests. Overall facilities and service exceed expectations among downtown Singapore hotels. I would absolutely book here again for my next trip to Singapore.

The executive lounge at the JW Marriott in Singapore is top notch. The service is phenomenal, great food, and lots of nooks depending on how much privacy you’re looking for. Everyone is amazing but special shout out to Phyllis and Jolene. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Thank you all for working so hard for your customers.

No idea what room I was assigned but room number was 1717.

Front office Leong San was joyful, helpful and pro active during my check in experience it was a joy just to even fill up my particulars with such an amazing experience.

The room was super new, clean and fresh. I love the toilet more than the room actually. The room just speaks luxury and JW Marriott standards.

The executive lounge was really worth it. Food and drinks selection were great and I think a guy named Patrick was just so helpful. I mean you can request for anything and they try their best to accommodate but don’t ask for the impossible.

Compared to Joshua standing at the entrance, this guy probably needs more training to embody JW going beyond expectations and he probably judges people too. He gave me a bad reception compared to another foreigner who was behind me. Such discriminations are still so evident it’s disgusting.

Love the stay, love the people. Love the location. Don’t have to think twice if it’s within your budget.

Service at this property is truly special and makes this hotel a standout. Every person I have come into contact with has been incredibly accommodating and pre-emptive (I'm actually mid-stay at the moment). Phyllis in the Exec Lounge makes a terrific martini and new my order from the seeing night. The JW Marriott make a very soft, pillowy landing into Singapore!

Great staycation. They offer the best breakfast buffet in SG.

Had a wedding at JW Marriott. Special shout to the staff behind the scene, including but not limited to Rahmat Saring and Rahmat Ahamd for ensuing the wedding banquet go as planned, Fauzi for the great AV, Chef Raymond and his kitchen team for the great food, and Chanel for taking us through the entire wedding journey.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding here, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the planning process right through to the wedding day itself, the team took such wonderful care of us and made everything feel so seamless.

A huge thank you to Chanel, who was incredibly patient, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire journey. As anyone who’s planned a wedding knows, last minute changes are almost inevitable, but Chanel handled every request with such professionalism and kindness. She truly helped put our minds at ease.

We’d also like to thank Joseph (the Banquet In-Charge), Nutthee (the Second In-Charge), Eugene from the AV team (I knew this guy from way back - he does great stuff at the sound panel!), Chef Raymond and his kitchen team, and everyone working tirelessly behind the scenes. Every single person played a part in making our special day such a memorable one.

The food was delicious (thank you chef!), the atmosphere was beautiful, and best of all, we haven’t heard a single negative comment from any of our guests. Everything ran so smoothly that we were able to simply enjoy the celebration with our family and friends.

My husband and I are so grateful to the entire team for making our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you for your dedication, care, and hard work. We are truly glad we chose to celebrate our special day here, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue to other couples looking for a memorable wedding experience!

Check-in was smooth and welcoming thanks to Kaycee from the Front Office, setting a great tone from the start. Farah, the Chief Concierge, was also very helpful and approachable.

The Club Lounge was a highlight. Javier, the Assistant Club Manager, truly stood out… he takes the time to get to know his guests and has a natural way of anticipating your needs even before you ask. His warm personality, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made the experience feel more personal and memorable.

We also truly liked how family-friendly the hotel is. Traveling with a little one felt easy and comfortable, and we never felt out of place, something we really value.

Would definitely come back. 🌟

Our family had lunch on 22 June 2026 at Beach Road Kitchen.
My wife was invited by Chef Wilson and Lu to experience pizza baking at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach, and she had a wonderful time learning from the team.
In addition, the restaurant team led by Darren was extremely thoughtful in arranging our dining experience, especially with the lovely birthday cake arrangement for me.
Lastly, Suezana, who attended to our table, made a special effort to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the meal.
Kudos to the entire team at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach for delivering such a memorable and warm experience.

My stay at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach was nothing short of exceptional, and it became one of the most memorable birthday celebrations I have ever had.

We absolutely loved the hotel facilities, service, and the wonderful people. This was our first staycation at the hotel, and both my friend and I were very impressed by the beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and the friendliness of all the staff.
We were celebrating my friend's birthday during this stay, and the hotel made it truly special. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a birthday cake, balloons, and a heartfelt birthday message written on the mirror with lovely drawings. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture.
This was an unforgettable birthday staycation, and we sincerely appreciate the effort made by the hotel team to make the celebration so memorable. We would especially like to thank Michelle and the Guest Relations team for the beautiful decorations and thoughtful arrangements. Their attention to detail made the celebration even more special and meaningful.

We stayed in a suite for this stay. Suites come with club benefits and in this case, we enjoyed afternoon tea, evening canapes at the club lounge on level 2 and breakfast at Beach Road Kitchen on level 1.

There are several suite options and we were given a bay view suite on a high floor. This suite is at the corner closer to the office tower but as it overlooks suntec convention centre we enjoy the bay view.

Hotel is splendidly maintained with a pleasant Aromatherapy Associates scent. In the past, suites were provided with larger tubes of bath amenities but they have since phased over to bottles.

This was our 2nd stay in this specific room and it was a lovely experience.
