A very special thank you to Chanel, our wedding team coordinator, for being absolutely wonderful throughout the entire journey. From the planning stages to the wedding day itself, Chanel was attentive, patient, organised, and incredibly supportive. Her professionalism and genuine care gave us complete confidence and allowed us to enjoy every precious moment without worrying about the details. She went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, and we are truly grateful for everything she did for us.
We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Nutthee, the banquet manager, for his exceptional service and leadership. His attention to detail, calm professionalism, and dedication ensured that everything ran beautifully. We felt very well taken care of throughout the celebration, and his efforts contributed greatly to making the evening so smooth and enjoyable.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to Maran and Eugene for their outstanding support. Our guests could not stop complimenting the food, and it was clear that an incredible amount of skill, passion, and teamwork went into every plate. The culinary experience was truly one of the highlights of our wedding.
What impressed us most was not just the beautiful venue, elegant setting, or wonderful food, but the people behind the experience. Every member of the JW Marriott team worked together with such professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. You made us feel that our wedding was not simply another event, but a celebration that truly mattered.

Excellent hotel. The breakfast in the concierge lounge is excellent - omelets, fruits, baked goods, cereal, meats, veggies, noodles.

Clean and spacious rooms. Even the bed for pull out couch was comfy.

Heated seats for the toilet (full Japanese set up). Very clean.

Evening snacks in the lounge a bit more sparse and nothing to eat offered after 8pm.

I had a wonderful staycation at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, and the experience exceeded my expectations in many ways.

The breakfast was outstanding, with an incredibly extensive selection that surpassed many other five-star hotels I have visited. Everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The quality was equally impressive across the hotel: the poolside food was excellent, and the in-room dining was just as enjoyable.

The facilities also make this hotel a great choice for a staycation. There are two swimming pools, offering plenty of space to relax, and a pool table on the 18th floor, which adds a fun touch to the experience.

The staff deserve special recognition. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their warm smiles and excellent service made the stay even more memorable.

The room was beautiful and well maintained. My only minor criticism is that I personally found the bed slightly less comfortable than expected. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Overall, an excellent hotel for a relaxing staycation, with fantastic food, enjoyable facilities, and outstanding hospitality. I would happily return!

Gem of a hotel and location. It connects to the train station easily to get around. The service staff is extremely polite and patient. The room is clean, cosy and has a lot of thoughtful settings. The washroom comes with a bathtub big enough for two. The shower area is also large enough for two and has the shower rain installed. Both with hot water readily available. The toilet seat is modern technology with heats up the seat and is functioned by the panel device beside it. Check out Beach Road Kitchen for a decadent meal experience too. Really enjoyed my stay here

I had breakfast at Beach Road Kitchen on three mornings during my stay at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, and the experience was outstanding.

As someone with coeliac disease, I really appreciated the dedicated gluten-free section, clear allergen labelling throughout the buffet, and made-to-order eggs.

After I spoke with Chef Watson about my dietary requirements, he went above and beyond. That evening, he sourced gluten-free soy sauce so he could safely prepare authentic gluten-free dishes. Over the next two mornings, he made me fresh meals from scratch, including a noodle dish and chicken with rice, taking great care to avoid cross-contamination.

What impressed me most was that he purchased the gluten-free soy sauce not just for me, but to keep for future guests with coeliac disease. That level of care is incredibly rare.

A huge thank you to Chef Watson and the entire team for making me feel safe, welcome and genuinely looked after. I highly recommend Beach Road Kitchen to anyone needing a gluten-free breakfast in Singapore.

It was a truly wonderful hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, but what impressed us most was the warmth and thoughtfulness of the staff.

We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. PHYLLIS ONG the bartender in the lounge on the 2F.

On our first day, we noticed some guests who were checking out personally thanking her. At the time, we were a little surprised and wondered, “What makes everyone so grateful to her?”

But after spending five days at the hotel and using the lounge every day, we completely understood why.

Even before we placed our order, she remembered in great detail what we would like to drink and exactly how we preferred it, based on our conversations from the previous days.

She was always incredibly kind, warm, and attentive to every little detail.

Each gesture may seem small on its own, but I believe it is precisely this kind of thoughtful and genuine attention that makes guests feel truly cared for.

The breakfast was also wonderful, and the service from the entire team was exceptional. In particular, M. EDMUND NETTO was incredibly kind and attentive toward our daughter, Lara. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy breakfast comfortably and happily throughout our entire stay as a family.

I believe that hotels that pay attention to these small gestures and details are the ones that truly stay in your memory and make you want to come back again.

Our stay became truly special, not only because of the beauty of the hotel, but also because of the wonderful people we had the pleasure of meeting there.

Staff concierge give room tour and explain how to open the blinds and lights.

I've been staying at the JW Marriott for 9 months and I have to say that it truly is the best hotel experience of my life. From the staff in the lobby to the lounge to the gym. Special shoutouts to Joshua, Michelle, Nina and Han from the lounge with the whole team, Andrew and Kelvin from the gym, the people at the front entrance like Joachim and Joel, the housekeeping such as Benson and William, and the whole team from the South Beach breakfast buffet such as Eric. The facilities at the gym were perfect with really warm and kind people such as Andrew Lau from the gym/Flow18 and the staff in the lounge like Joshua were always such a pleasure to talk to. It really did feel like a home. Every time I go to Singapore this will be the place I will be staying without a doubt and I miss it. Looking forward to seeing them all soon.

I had my dream wedding at the JW Grand Ballroom in June 2026, and I can honestly say the service provided by the entire JW team was nothing short of exceptional. I truly couldn't have chosen a better venue, and I'll always be grateful for the care, professionalism, and dedication they showed throughout our wedding journey.
One thing every single guest spoke about after the wedding was the incredible food. We received so many compliments, and it's all thanks to Chef Palash. He was absolutely amazing—from the smallest adjustments to the biggest requests, he handled everything flawlessly. We had six different menus catering to various dietary requirements, and every single one was executed beautifully. If Chef Palash is taking care of your wedding, you're in the best hands.
A special thank you to Yan Ning, who was always incredibly responsive and patient. She answered every question we had, no matter how small, and always got back to us promptly. Her reassurance and efficiency made the entire planning process so much smoother.
On our wedding day, our banquet manager, Nutthee, was simply phenomenal. Our photoshoot ran much longer than expected, and knowing that my husband and I probably wouldn't have had the chance to eat during the celebrations, he thoughtfully made sure food was set aside for us. It was such a kind and considerate gesture that meant so much to us.

Yan Ning was exceptional from the very beginning. She ensured that both our families were well prepared leading up to the wedding and that every detail was perfectly aligned for our big day. She also kept us on track by reminding us of the key tasks and timelines, which served as an invaluable guide for my wife and me. Her organisation, attentiveness, and reassuring presence gave us complete confidence throughout the planning process.

Banquet Manager – Nutthee

Nutthee was incredibly well prepared and took the time to fully understand our vision for the evening. He coordinated seamlessly with our wedding party, and my best man had nothing but praise for how professional and easy he was to work with. We are especially grateful that he thoughtfully set aside dinner for my wife and me, knowing we would hardly have any opportunity to eat during the celebration. That thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to us.

Banquet Manager – Maran

Maran was attentive, proactive, and consistently vigilant throughout the evening. We could clearly see him coordinating closely with the service team to ensure everything ran smoothly. He also kindly stepped in to help move the chairs onto the stage during our photo session when our groomsmen needed an extra hand. His initiative and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.

Chef – Palash

Chef Palash was an absolute pleasure to work with. Both our parents and we were particularly meticulous about the quality, taste, and presentation of every dish served during the wedding banquet. Chef Palash listened carefully to all our feedback, took our concerns seriously, and reassured us that the necessary adjustments would be made. He and his culinary team exceeded every expectation. The dinner was absolutely mouth-watering, and many of our guests complimented the outstanding quality of the food across the various courses throughout the evening.

AV – Fauzi

Fauzi worked seamlessly with our emcee and ensured that all the visuals, videos, and presentations ran flawlessly throughout our wedding programme. His professionalism behind the scenes allowed everything to flow effortlessly, helping create a polished and memorable experience for both us and our guests.

To every member of the team who played a part in making our wedding so special, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made all the difference. You didn’t just organise an event—you created memories that my wife and I, together with our families and friends, will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Front desk Javier checked us in. I am very impressed by his professionalism and anticipative service orientation. Our room was ready ahead of time - functional, nice and clean. Room 1923 is really well maintained on a high floor and I would compliment housekeeping for a wonderful job done. I appreciated the evening turn down service and the treat of local delights - Pandan cake and pine apple tarts even though my wife did not indicate any special occasions we were celebrating - that was a really nice touch. All in all a really flawless weekend staycation 25-26 July from reservations to check out. The impeccable service was certainly the highlight. Would not hesitate to come back for a stay again.

JW SSB is located across the Suntec Mall and close the Marina Sands area.
You can walk to around and go across the Raffles hotel. And also walkable to Arab Street area.
There is train/metro station under the hotel. Very easy use. You can take to get to Orchard Street--the main shopping district.
Rooms are very nice and clean. Check in to check out service is seamless. The Executive Lounge: You can get continental food or you can have local ethnic variety of food as well. The staff top professionals. Very relaxed atmosphere.
