Séjour très agréable en famille
Pros:

L’hôtel se trouve en plein centre la vielle ville à deux pas de la cathédrale. Il est très agréable, le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner servi à la carte est vraiment très bon.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de stationnement à l’hôtel, le plus proche est un parking payant, ça coûte cher notamment si on reste plusieurs jours, notamment la nuit. Par ailleurs certaines rues dans la vieille ville sont interdites en voiture et quand on ne connaît pas la ville c’est compliqué de le savoir. L’hôtel délivre une autorisation pour passer devant l’établissement et déposer les valises (une personne doit rester dans la voiture), il faut penser à la signer pour éviter les amendes, mais ils ne garantissent pas les autres passages dans d’autres rues, le problème c’est qu’on y perd.. ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais il faut le savoir, à refaire je ne viendrais plus en voiture ou je choisirais un autre emplacement pour dormir.

Pros:

Es war ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Es wirkte auch alles neuwertig. Man ist direkt im Zentrum. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt. Ich würde es noch einmal buchen.

Delightful hotel in the heart of Palma
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with magnificent furniture and friendly staff right in the heart of Palma. I didn’t use the pool but the rooms were big airy and clean. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was top class. A divine outdoor area of drinks or/and food to watch the world go by.

Excellent situation au centre de Palma
Pros:

Ce que nous avons le plus aimé a été la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de l'hôtel, ainsi que sa situation. Les petits-déjeuners étaient délicieux, et la suite très belle avec des lits confortables.
