Pros:

Staff were super welcoming and helpful, explaining everything needed. Spacious bedroom / kitchen area.

Cons:

Quite hard to cool down the room even with the fan when it was much cooler outside. Shower is pretty small.

Sumamente caliente, no tiene aire acondicionado, los pasillos tienen olor a humedad, el agua de la ducha y del lavamanos salió sucia oscura, tuvimos que esperar que aclarara el agua para poder duchar.

El precio no va de acuerdo a las condiciones de ese lugar. Lo sentimos pero esa fue nuestra experiencia y de otros amigos que ocupamos habitaciones ese día.
Espero que tomen en cuenta esto porque había más calor dentro del edificio que afuera.

Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. La habitación era extremadamente pequeña, antigua y descuidada, con una cama muy incómoda. Dormir fue imposible por el ruido constante del ventilador de techo y de la nevera, pero si apagabas el ventilador el calor era insoportable.
El baño era minúsculo, con el plato de ducha más pequeño que he visto y sin espacio para moverse, hasta el punto de que la cortina se pegaba constantemente al cuerpo.
El personal tampoco estuvo a la altura. Ni siquiera permitieron que dos niños de 13 años me ayudaran a subir las maletas, aun teniendo el coche aparcado justo delante del hotel y explicando que tardaríamos menos de un minuto en dejar el equipaje. Tuve que dar 3 viajes solo.
Lo más grave fue que la recepcionista empezó a hacer una fotocopia de mi DNI sin mi consentimiento. Tuve que detenerle y advertirle de que esa práctica está prohibida. Solo entonces dejó de hacerlo. Me hizo pasar una situación muy incómoda nada más llegar, algo que ningún cliente debería tener que vivir al comenzar sus vacaciones.
La explicación que recibí fue que el día anterior la policía había acudido al hotel preguntando por otra persona y quería ver una fotografía. Sinceramente, considero que esa explicación no justifica en absoluto copiar el DNI de otros clientes sin su consentimiento.
La experiencia fue tan mala que, a pesar de tener toda la estancia pagada, decidí marcharme y reservar otro hotel, pagando nuevamente de mi bolsillo. Tengo vídeos que demuestran el estado real de la habitación y el baño.
No recomendaría este alojamiento en absoluto.
