It was great overall
The greenery and the beach were beautiful, and the staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The food wasn't very varied and sometimes wasn't great — there's room for improvement! The entertainment was very short but good while it lasted.
The gym needs more attention — some equipment was faulty, the selection wasn't very varied, and the room was a bit too cold ( air-conditioning) for a gym.

J'ai été très déçue par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix est loin d'être satisfaisant.

La nourriture du restaurant était très décevante, voire immangeable. Le buffet proposait pratiquement les mêmes plats tous les jours, sans variété ni saveur. Durant mes sept jours de séjour, le seul fruit proposé était du melon. C'est vraiment regrettable dans un pays réputé pour la diversité et la qualité de ses fruits.

De plus, aucun jus de fruits frais n'était servi. Le jus de mangue, pourtant emblématique de la région, était uniquement un jus artificiel, sans aucun goût de fruit frais.

Le personnel était correct, sans plus, mais cela ne compense malheureusement pas la mauvaise qualité de la restauration. Dans l'ensemble, je suis très déçue par cette expérience et je ne considère pas que les prestations soient à la hauteur du prix payé.

La plage, la nourriture, le personnel.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le professionnalisme du personnel, la plage (privé) est d'une propreté remarquable, les piscines sont très bien entretenues et cadrées. Concernant la nourriture, par rapport à ce que les autres commentaires avancent, la nourriture ici est très variée et vraiment bonne.(On a été chanceux de tomber sur la semaine où les plats traditionnels Egyptiens ont été mis a l'honneur) Les plats étaient si bons !! Les pâtisseries sont sublimes, elles sont de plusieurs variétés : orientales, traditionnelles, européennes ("modernes").
