Perfect establishment & amenities, less perfect staff
Pros:

Beautiful common areas, almost gives a spa retreat vibe. Good breakfast with a bit of variety each day. Loved the social hour, I thought that was a very unique and elegant service.

Cons:

The staff seemed to hate their jobs, we had maybe 3 interactions in the span of 5 days, and each 3 times we looked like we were the biggest bother. Considering the price and elegance of the property, I wasn’t expecting that from the staff. Also disappointed that there is no room service or amenities refill (unless you ask, which again, seems to bother them). At almost 500$ a night, that aspect is a disappointment.

Great value. Comfortable bed.
Pros:

Entry welcoming. Large suite allowed for us to bring in our e-bikes as recommended by staff.

Cons:

Pool had green mold on the edges. Bathroom is tired when looking at details like paint and door jams. Toilet shifts when sitting up!

Gets the job done
Pros:

Its a good spot when staying the weekend here. I stayed here due to having to play a semi pro football game in the area. It was very clean except for the hot tub. Hot tub smelt strange. The suite room 214 was clean and big and bed was very comfortable which was my main concern. Breakfast is borderline inedible. Staff was great. I think if it was a tad cheaper it would have been of better value. But overall its a decent place. Juat dont expect a super luxurious experience. Got the job done

Loved our time in Burlington at the Green Mountain Suites Hotel
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely and impressive entry lobby. The back area of the lobby is set up very nicely to accommodate the breakfast and evening beer, wine and appetizer hour. The location was great providing easy access for days of near and far exploring in the area! The rooms were quiet, was never aware of others in the hallways and the hotel was full! Everything was clean and in good condition - atmosphere was of upper class accommodations.

A little heavy on the chlorine in the pool. They could open windows to alleviate some odor.

Beautiful and homey "ski chalet" with large rooms, great breakfast and convenient location.
Pros:

This a beautiful property with great amenities. We stayed for about 5 days in June 2025. Very close to the airport, free shuttle to and from that was very flexible. Easy to get downtown either by Burlington bus (1/2 block from bus station that goes to UVT and to the center of town) or car.

The rooms were beautiful. The suite was more than the 2 of us needed, but it was nice to have space to spread out. The bathroom was particularly well-appointed. Small kitchenette met our needs for a few meals in (Trader Joe's and Target are about a 10 minute walk).

Breakfast was stellar, and changed every morning (although we did have some repeats during our stay). The evening receptions were good; free beer and wine. The snacks were a little uneven in terms of what was offered and variety (we like to stay at Drury Inns in the Southeast and there is no comparison). However, it was a nice touch and a good way to cap off the afternoon.

The common area was really beautiful, evoking a ski lodge, with the fire going even in "summer" - we had everything from 80s to 40s during our stay in June. The pool and hot tub are very nice, generally clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and accommodating throughout. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Burlington.
