I called ahead and they were able to provide a pack and play for our 10 month old. The whole hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are great, and it was so convenient to have a small kitchen and living room. We weren't able to use the pool or hot tub, but absolutely will if we stay here again and aren't quite so busy. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, too--eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, fresh pastries, everything you could want.
Nothing--truly a great hotel and a great value, too.
It is hard to find decent places to stay in Burlington that are clean etc
Slightly dated and the experience doesn’t match the price
The location is great, close to everything. The two fireplaces add a warmth and cheery feel to the reception area. The dining areas are comfortable, spacious and welcoming. What has vastly improved is the staffing. Everyone is professional, helpful, personable, efficient yet warm, and welcoming. This is a vast improvement over what it used to be in years past. The rooms are large, comfortable and have been updated. There plenty of thick towels and the beds are comfy. This is our go to hotel when we visit Burlington.
The breakfast could be better. The coffee is fine, ditto the orange juice. The scrambled eggs taste powdery, the French toast is truly horrid, more like stale eggs dipped in skim milk than anything nearing their namesake. The offerings used to vary more than they now do. My favourite thing is the salsa, which can be used to raise the taste of the eggs. The Fireside get together in the late afternoon is shorter than it used to be and the nibbles not what they used to be. The wine and beer remain what they were, perfectly acceptable.
Real value for the price. They provide an excellent free happy hour with hors d'oeuvres and free wine or beer. There is also a free hot breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean and well supplied.
L' accueil très sympathique.La taille de la chambre, les équipements, la piscine,le petit déjeuner.

Excellent place. Rating would have been higher but desk gave us wrong breakfast times causing us to miss breakfast we were counting on as part of our stay.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! Nice room, delicious breakfast and wonderful atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for dinner recommendation.
Unbelievably loud road noise made it impossible to sleep. We had to leave and upon checking out and explaining our reason, we were not offered another room or even attempt at an apology.
