Old Town Experience
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was surprising quiet considering you are in the heart of the old town, on the piazza and a very short walk to the old port. Great location. The staff were very helpful and made sure we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend it if visiting Split.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location and lovely rooms, but in a noisy area.
Pros:

We loved the room facilities, decoration and high standard of daily housekeeping & cleanliness.
The location of the property was outstanding - central in the old town, close to many excellent bars and restaurants and major attractions.
The staff were exceptional, 24 hr reception and so friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning in the room was whisper silent and effective.
The toiletries were really nice quality.

Cons:

There is a real compromise on quality of sleep as the location of the hotel is in a busy , noisy square and there is inadequate soundproofing of the windows. We had a room at the front,with a wonderful view, and the main hub of noise from the restaurants & cafes in the square was tolerable until closing. But there are several nearby bars that are open much later and we especially struggled with noisy drunken people screeching and shouting between midnight and 3am. if the soundproofing of the windows could be improved it would be perfect!
Be aware that the breakfast is also surprisingly, very basic, but just about adequate. Mainly comprising of bread rolls, a couple of pastries, Fruit juices,sliced cheese & chorizo. A small bowl of fruit salad, pots of yogurt. Hot drinks orders are taken, and small omelettes or eggs can also be ordered, (but it is not promoted or advertised) we just noticed another guest order eggs one day.

Καλή διαμονή σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, άνετο δωμάτιο.

Cons:

Φασαρία από το δρόμο, το ψυγείο έκανε δυνατό θόρυβο. Τα μαξιλάρια όχι τόσο άνετα.

Stay here if you appreciate a convenient location and charming hotel!
Pros:

My husband and I just completed a fantastic stay at the Piazza Heritage hotel. The employees were so kind and accommodating, and the hotel itself is lovely. Our room was a front-facing corner room and we absolutely loved people watching from the windows. At night time, the windows were closed and they must be well insulated because it drowned out any street noise.

The included breakfast was also pleasant—simple and tasty. I’d highly recommend staying here, and we’d absolutely stay here again if we were to visit once more.

Helpful tip: if you’re looking at the front of the hotel, the entrance is on a small side street to the right of the front, past the Ralph Lauren store on the left hand side of the street.
