We had a great stay in Split and would recommend staying at the Piazza Heritage Hotel!
Pros:

The location was perfect! The air-conditioning was great and the staff were lovely. Excellent rooms with everything we needed.

Cons:

Breakfast at the restaurant next door could be a bit slow.

Piazza Heritage feels like home !!
Pros:

It was our 3rd trip here , and the experience continues to impress. The staff is top notch and the hotel is stunning. Thank you Mia ( Sp ?) , and Marin.........
Marin always remembers us and takes care of us like royalty. Mia was very helpful in finding us a spectacular beach !

Well-located hotel within old town
Pros:

Piazza Heritage Hotel has a perfect location, with the historic walled town, a short walk to all the main attractions both inside the walled city and along the waterfront.
Charming boutique hotel. Room was very attractively decorated and a good size. Given the cost of top hotels in Split, it was really reasonably priced. Breakfast was included at the restaurant next door.
Porter met us at the Split bus station in a "golf cart", drove us to the closest entry and then helped us with our luggage to the hotel (complimentary on arrival - small charge to have him help us get to Uber when leaving).
Housekeeping was good and staff was friendly.
There was always someone at the reception desk to assist. Only drawback was it didn't have a full concierge service that a large hotel would have.
I highly recommend it.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Split’s Old Town
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Piazza Heritage Hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better location. Situated right in the heart of Split’s beautiful Old Town, everything was just a short walk away, including the waterfront, restaurants, cafés, shops, and all of the historic attractions.

Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented, providing a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind after exploring the city. The attention to cleanliness and comfort was exceptional.

What really made our stay memorable was the wonderful staff. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.

We would highly recommend Piazza Heritage Hotel to anyone visiting Split and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A perfect combination of location, comfort, and outstanding service.

Most centrally located hotel in all of Split
Pros:

Possibly the best location of any hotel in Split city centre. Right in the middle of everything. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, bathrooms nice, and the breakfast offered next door was good. The pricing was a little high but you are paying for location

Absolutely beautiful historic hotel right in the heart of Split
Pros:

The hotel could not be more conveniently located right in the heart of the old town in a beautiful historically significant building. Despite being an extremely central location it was quiet at night, unlike other hotels in Split we have stayed in. The breakfast was simple but perfect for our needs and everyone we encountered during our stay was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
