Hay una discoteca en el piso bajo pero no es problema ya que se aísla bastante el sonido en las habitaciones. Es es joven y fiestero estaría muy bien, pero igual no es incómodo para descansar.

Good price for the location – do bring earplugs though
Pros:

Excellent location - a short walk away from the Parliament. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and a tram stop just a couple of minutes away on foot.

The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Cons:

Having read other reviews before booking, we were aware of the presence of a nightclub on the ground floor. However, there is still a lot the hotel could do to minimise its impact on hotel guests:

- The property has two entrances. The one closest to the staircase should be designated for hotel guests, while the current entrance should be reserved for the nightclub to minimise disturbance.

- A wall or gate similar to the one on the first floor could be installed on the ground floor between the lift and the nightclub. This would allow hotel guests to use the lift during the nightclub’s opening hours. If this is not feasible, guests should be informed in advance that the lift cannot be accessed from the ground floor while the nightclub is open.

- The tarp above the nightclub’s patio does little to reduce the noise. Replacing it with a more substantial structure could help. If that is not possible, the hotel should consider installing soundproof windows and doors in all rooms.

- The quality of the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Although there is a reasonable variety of items, only the bread and dairy products were of good quality. The scrambled eggs were undercooked, and most of the remaining food appeared to be ultra-processed.

Cons:

Yöllä oli tullut sähkökatkos ja huone oli täysin pimeä, eikä puhelintakaan saadut ladattua. Aamulla sähkökatkos jatkui edellen, mutta kuitenkin vessaan sai hetken päästä valot. Aamiaisella ei sähkökatkoksen takia meinannut saada kahvia. Hieman myöhemmin sekin onneksi saatiin korjattua ja sähköt kahviautomaattiin ja aamukahvi pelasti päiväni.

Понравилось · Номер в целом чистый, уборка была каждый день, персонал отзывчивый, вежливый, у меня была просьба одолжить провод type c и мне его спокойно дали без проблем.Расположение прямо у трамвая/автобуса, далеко ходить не надо было вообще чтоб попасть в любую точку города
Очень приятно удивила звукоизоляция на третьем этаже - мы не слышали практичсеки ничего с улицы/клуба который прямо под нами

Cons:

Не понравилось · В номере не было комплекта какого-либо личной гигиены (я не уверен что он должен был, но все же), вдобавок, не дали шампуни, только гель. В целом все остальное - это незначительные минусы, которые не перекрывают плюсы

На жаль, залишилися дуже розчаровані перебуванням у цьому готелі. Головна проблема — нічний клуб, який знаходиться безпосередньо в будівлі готелю. Щовечора, з понеділка по суботу, музика настільки гучна, що спати практично неможливо. Шумоізоляція фактично відсутня: у номері чутно не лише музику, а й вібрацію від басів. Якщо ви плануєте відпочинок і розраховуєте виспатися після прогулянок містом, це місце точно не для вас.

Сам номер перебуває у дуже зношеному стані. Паркет місцями здутий і пошкоджений, меблі старі, подекуди непридатні до нормального користування. Загальне враження таке, що ремонт тут не проводився вже дуже давно.

Окремо хочеться відзначити прибирання. Воно, по суті, зводиться лише до винесення сміття та заміни рушників (із дирками, як на фото), постільну білизну не змінюють і на ній наявні пʼятна і дирки уже під час заселення. За весь час перебування не було ані пилососіння, ані вологого прибирання підлоги, що суттєво впливає на відчуття чистоти в номері. Санвузол також потребує більш ретельного догляду.

Єдиний беззаперечний плюс цього готелю — ввічливий і доброзичливий персонал. Працівники завжди готові допомогти та залишили приємне враження.

На жаль, хороше ставлення персоналу не може компенсувати постійний шум, відсутність нормальної шумоізоляції, застарілий стан номерів і недостатній рівень прибирання. Особисто я вдруге цей готель не обрала б і, на жаль, не можу рекомендувати його тим, хто цінує комфорт і спокійний відпочинок.
